The rooms themselves were very nice and the property was clean. Beds were super comfortable and the king suite was very spacious.

Our tub did drain well but wasn’t a huge issue. Our biggest problem was the night staff. I understand the pool closed at 12 AM, but there was quite a few people out there still and nobody told us to leave. My husband and I were in the hot tub when I noticed a homeless man sit just outside of the pool area in a slightly hidden spot and started pleasuring himself to the younger girls in the pool. When we notified the front desk to get security the person running the desk seemed totally unbothered and only pointed out “well the pool closes at 12” and when he finally contacted security he wouldn’t even actually detail to security what the issue was and seemed to act like it wasn’t a big deal and our fault for being out late.

Hotel was very clean and the man who checked me in was amazing - we had a horrible experience at the original hotel we booked for that night and I am so thankful we were able to come stay here instead. A little outdated but the rooms are clean and definitely worth the price per night. We will stay here again if we ever come back to Daytona

The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Erika at the tiki bar was very informative on where to eat,etc. She was also there when we needed something.

The pushy conciere that tried to sell the time share. That really turned me off after her chasing us even after we told her we weren't interested.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was in walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Very convenient!

The $200.00 the hotel holds on my account and then have to wait until 14 days (I think) before it is released. I understand that it's for potential damage to the room. But to have to wait so many days is ludicrous to me!

Nice to have the suite with a kitchen. Tv was confusing. , but not a big deal for us. We were not there to watch tv anyway. The balcony looked over the dumpsters so was happy to be on a higher floor. All the staff were awesome.

It was close to everything. It was clean in the staff made me feel welcome.

The fact that there was no restaurant or continental breakfast I couldn’t even use the vending machines because they only took cash.

Staff are friendly and so what they can to accommodate you. The kids loved the water slide and the ocean right out back of property.

Parking was a little crammed but it is a high occupancy this weekend with the cheer competition.

The outside amenities pool grills are never crowded.

The service was non-existent. I called the front desk to replace my bath towels and pool towels. I followed the procedure for replacing the towels. The soiled towels were collected but never replaced. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful, but the requests are not being followed up.

The room was spaces and short walk from everything

The elevator was always crowded and you can end up waiting 20 minutes to get on the elevator so the stairs were best.

Free games room was a nice touch, pool was nice and location perfect

Adjoining door to the next room had a big gap beneath and allowed too much noise from the neighbours into our room, we understand the property is about to be gutted and transformed into a Hilton so maybe this can be addressed during the works
