you need to inform when you extend your stay as I couldn't extend as it was fully booked, but it was my fault

Excellent staff. Receptionists Ahmed and Mohamed and a third gentleman, who's name I forgot, are proactive and helpful. They are thinking along. Very pleasant! Also the location relative to the international convention centre is very attractive and other conference attendees found this same hotel.

Disposable plastic spoon/knife/fork at breakfast. We have enough plastic waste already on land and in the oceans. There are better alternatives available, Also the standard amount of (in room) breakfast was too much for me. Also a waste that you can't only eat what you need.

Good location but your cab will probably drop you on the bridge and you will need to walk down the stairs to the hotel. Their staff will facilitate with moving the luggage. They were also kind to extend our checkout time to 2. 30pm so that was super helpful. Breakfast was served in the room. Vegetables, egg, bread, cheese, jam, honey, tea, coffee etc. It was pretty decent and good taste. Room was very spacious and we were given a cot as well.

It was very expensive for the setup that they had. There was a leaky faucet in the bathroom and the AC was making a strange noise.

In a very good location, near to many places, parking was easy,The suit style was very trendy and comfortable

The location is good and the price is acceptable. The rooms are great and clean. The service is also excellent. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I had booked three rooms for me and two of my friends and we will never forget the kind and very heloful guy, Mr. Mohammed Osama who works at the reception. I strongly recommend booking here.

The area is in a good location near many new restaurants and stores.

The breakfast the same everyday but it would always come on time, which I appreciated.

They upgraded our room. The room was very big and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The stuff was very helpful and kind. The location was very good 5 min walk from a big mall in New Cairo.

The sofa could be cleaner. The lobby could be renovated.

I stayed for two nights to attend appointments at GUC nearby. I had a very pleasant stay at a very nice venue. A huge shoutout to the great staff who was always there to help. Thank you!

The staff were so helpful and were more than happy to accommodate slight changes or help translate when I was having language barrier issues. The Arabella was nicely located near a mall and we felt safe at all times

The air conditioning didn't work as well as it should. We visited in winter and found the nights in the room cold. However, this may have been an isolated incident as my sibling's room's air conditioning worked perfectly.
