The property was very well maintained very good stuff, yeah and by the way the breakfast buffet is incredible. A lot of choices where you can choose from very very good he was very very impressed about the breakfast and the restaurant.

The only thing that was a bit weird but didn’t disturb us so much of course it was very nice overall the heating was a bit too hot and we can find the sweater where we can put the temperature down

Was good enough for our 1 night stay and very close to the train station. Beds were comfy (though duvets way too heavy).

Greeting on arrival was minimal, no personal skills and felt rushed. My specific questions on the site, 2 attempts, with quiry before my trip were overlooked. Communication could improve at this hotel. Room - housekeeping little overlooked. Lacking coffee pods, used the two on arrival which meant no coffee pods for us in morning. Room was dusty. Lay out of breakfast room was random and not in one place - however a great selection on offer.

There was a possibility to decline everyday cleaning of the room to lower the environmental burden. The food in the restaurant as well as the wine were superb. There was a guitar in the lobby that anybody knowing to play may use.

Lights in the bathroom were way too bright and practically blinding. The bed was too soft for me but that is a common feature based on my habits. The window can be opened only for the ventilation in the upper part, still, I can see the reasons. Anyway, I like to have direct contact with the City.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, coffee/tea set and pleasant bathroom cosmetics. WiFi worked great. Breakfast served in huge restaurant with variety of food, drinks, fruit and snacks. Public transport really near the hotel.

Air conditioning was a bit loud but with low impact even if set for max temperature

Very good location, the room was very nice and clean, also modern.

The bathroom is a bit too small. The staff wasn’t very friendly, especially at the restaurant. At breakfast, although there were spare tables, they didn’t clean them after guest were leaving, so we, as a family of three, didn’t have space. We had to ask several employees to clean a table for us. The restaurant has very few options for dinner. They charged us more than the prices indicated in the menu. The door locker had a problem and it didn’t open until multiple trying. The cleaning staff that we asked for help didn’t speak English at all.

Staff very professional and friendly. Food exceptional and very good value for money although the vening meal menu was a bit restrictive, but great for a short stay.

Not enough time in Budapest !!!!!!! No complaints about hotel.

Check was easy and lifts were always quick to arrive. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was good. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Staff super friendly.

No milk for drinks in room (powdered creamer instead) safe didn’t work and no bottled water. All things that are expected and standard in most hotels. Receptionist outside having a smoke when I came to check out!

Very nice breakfast with extensive selection of food - the general atmosphere was very friendly and the decor was modern and in great condition. Room cleanliness was exceptional.

Location for Budapest Deli Train station was perfect for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was quite hot and it was only early April. Staff opened the window, however, that means the curtain needs to be open for air to circulate and the room is very light.

The room was very nice, large and comfortable with a nice view. The location was also good, near to the metro station.

Breakfast was disappointing. It was rather poor and the staff missed to reload food, being preoccupied closing down one part of the breakfast room.
