We were checked in by kind and friendly staff and were given a free room upgrade because it was available, so we had a nice big room with a balcony that was surprisingly nice to sit out on (despite looking out onto a busy road). Comfy bed, nice dark shutters and air con made for good sleeping. A potentially difficult location to find (through multiple doors with keypad passcodes) was made easy by very clear instructions prior sent prior to arrival. Very close to metro stations and close enough to many of the city's attractions to walk to them.

The lights in the bathroom made a quite loud but very high pitch whining noise which I didn't enjoy. My wife couldn't hear it though, so at least it made me feel young to still be able to hear it :)

Location is ideal for a 3-4 days in Budapest. 5 min from airport bus station. Walking distance to all sightseeing. The room we got was fully renovated, had a great shower with heated floor. The bed was super comfortable and big. We also had view on Saint Stephen Basilica. The hotel entrance is not renovated but they take this off the room price so win-win. Breakfast was more than decent and the guys working there were very friendly. The rooms was cleaned daily and provided basic cosmetics, coffee and tea. There is a pizza restaurant next to the hotel that has great food.

The style of the room and the hotel were the highlights of our stay. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided every day, and the room was tidied up daily. Breakfast was also on spot, with a good variety of food, and the staff was nice. The Thai restaurant downstairs is also very convenient, with good food and the mango sticky rice pudding to die for! The location of the hotel is perfect, very central and close to pretty much everything. The hotel building itself is elegant and quaint, yet very quiet. The neighbourhood is also safe and classy. Metro line is pretty much down the stairs.

The location of the hotel is simply outstanding — the view of St. Stephen’s Basilica was absolutely breathtaking. With a metro station practically at the doorstep, getting around the city was incredibly convenient, yet the area remained peaceful and quiet. The boulevard nearby offers everything you could possibly need, from shops to restaurants. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was cleaned daily, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. The breakfast was generous and delicious, a perfect start to each day. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Perfect location: one of the fashion streets of Budapest with cafes and boutiques, metro is right here, 20m from entrance. Express bus (101E) to the airport is 300m away. Good size of the room, helpful and friendly staff. Atmospheric house of 19 century.

Not sound proof at all, could hear every word, snoring and other sounds of the neighbour. Old dirty carpet floor needs to be replaced, as well as the table surface. Shortcomings don't overweigh advantages though.

Location is in the historical center and very close to the main basilica. The double bed was creatively made out of two single beds using some mattress connectors. There were many beautiful decorations in the hallway and in the room. The room was quite comfortable, but we had to be creative with the temperature adjustments due to unpredictable heaters. WiFi worked well in the mornings, but in the evenings the connection was weak. The breakfast was very good in the nearby restaurant. Staff members were very friendly, check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The heaters were turning on and off randomly, but we could adjust the temperature in the room using air-conditioner, which was not very quiet at night. The windows were facing the inner yard where it was mostly quiet, but trash bins were emptied with noticeable noise at 6 AM in the morning, even on Sunday. Hotel owners kindly provide ear plugs, but I never found them comfortable for sleeping.

In April we stayed at Andrassy Thai Hotel for a 3-day getaway. The staff were welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and everything you need during your short stay (tea-coffee facilities, toiletries). The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station and the main attractions making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the dinners were delicious. We would highly recommend Andrassy Thai Hotel and their restaurant. Thank you.

This hotel was perfectly located right next to the basilica, which we had a brilliant view of from the very large windows in our room. Apart from the basilica, the hotel is well located next to a range of other attractions, and a bunch of public transport and dining options. We were able to easily walk all over Budapest from here. The room also had high ceilings, a full desk, couch and large bathroom with both bathtub and shower, so we were really comfortable when we came back from all our exploring and had to do some work calls etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful compared to most of the other officials we came across in tourist spots in Budapest and helped us with hot spring tickets, public transport advice and more. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel's location is just perfect, everything is near and well connected. Most of all I enjoyed the staff, especially Viktoria, she understood the needs of my parents and change their bedroom right away. I left a tip for her, I hope she received it. Also the rest of the staff we met were great!

The rooms are beautiful, but some of the beds are on a sort of wooden big platform (taller than a medium size stair), that is nice and charming, but it can be challenging for elderly people, so maybe this should be communicated in advance.

The location is very good, it feels like everything is within walking distance. The room is big and spacious, with high ceiling and big windows. Even though there is traffic on the street in front all the time, you can barely hear the traffic with the windows closed. Breakfast is average, not too many things too choose from but OK for the price. The Staff is nice and helpful. I would visit again.

The bathroom is absurdly small... i mean, you can take a shower wile sitting on the toilet. Speaking about shower... there is no delimitation between the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom so... while taking a shower, the whole bathroom floor gets flooded. Oh.. and the sink.. only in trains i've seen such small sink, if you want to wash your face or your teeth, you'll get water all over the place. The walls between the rooms are super thin.. i mean you could hear other guests normally chatting... Things to consider if you are a light sleeper.
