Very kind and helpful staff. Big and spotless room. A five-minute walk from the train station, but in a quiet and pleasant street. Plenty of cafés and restaurants around. Complimentary water in the fridge. You can leave your luggage in the hotel after checking out and even use the toilet when you pick it up. Keep up with the good work.

I recently stayed at Domus Augusta in Rome and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Termini Station, which made getting around the city and visiting all the major tourist attractions incredibly easy. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, especially Mateo. Despite our late arrival, the check-in was smooth and efficient — the staff was waiting for us, and everything was perfectly prepared. Mateo was exceptionally helpful, giving us great tips on what to see, along with a map and personalized recommendations. There are also great places for a hearty breakfast nearby, which was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend Domus Augusta to anyone visiting Rome — fantastic service, perfect location, and a warm welcome!

Perfect place near the main station Termini that is not right on the corner with all the noises but in short walking distance. The staff especially helpful and polite, rooms cleaned every day, all small things that needed are there. Comfortable room, replenishment of water supplies, here is more than enough for budget stay you can expect.

If you are sensitive to noises and your neighbours are loud, in colder nights the heating system is also giving additional noise while switched on, or do not like the small lovely markets under your window, it might be unpleasant to you. Though we enjoyed these small surprises that did made our curiosity to find out what is happening around.

Very convenient location close to a main metro station, so very easy to move around the city at a very reasonable price. I appreciated greatly, the map that the guy in reception gave me, and the time he spent pointing out to me several different itineraries around the historical centre of Rome, (his name is Slim). I actually walked all the itineraries that he suggested as I enjoy walking around the city, and I am in awe of how much Rome offers with its architecture, Roman ruins, churches and more. Having a kettle in my room was a must for me, as I was only considering rooms which had such facility, and to have fridge too, and a free bottle of water every day was very much of a plus. The room also had a safe, if you do not wish to carry your passport around, and the water in the shower was always warm, with free toiletries included. Towels were changed every day too. I had a comfortable double bed even though I booked for a single room. The heating of the room was excellent, and there is a TV with Italian channels or alternatively as I do not speak Italian (sadly), I was tuning into the audio channels for music. All in all a nice stay, and very good value too. Great location within walking distance of a Metro station, so after a day of hiking in the city, I came back to the hotel by Metro at the very reasonable cost of 1.5 Euro per journey regardless of distance. Highly recommended.

As I turned the lamp on the desk, I saw much dust in the space behind the kettle facilities on the desk, so I would suggest that the cleaner may give a clean to the full desk every so often. However this was a minor detail, and would not deter me from returning to this hotel.

Wonderful and Perfect place in Rome. Really close from the Roma Termini station-just 5 minutes by walk. I feel really safe even at night and early in the morning. The gentleman in the reception was so nice and kind. He opened a map and gave us many tips and perfect way to enjoy Rome efficiently. It was really really very helpful. Thank you so much again for your kind advice. Room was also perfect. very very clean and quiet and warm. Hot water was perfect too. Everything was 100% satisfying and perfect. Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was very pleased with my room and the services. Clean, comfortable, well maintained, friendly staff, with reception available until night time. The little touch of adding a new bottle of water in the fridge every day was very much appreciated. A few minutes walk from the Biblioteca Nazionale where my work was, about 10 minutes from the Termini station and still a walking distance (around 30 minutes) from major tourist attractions like the Colosseum and Forum Romanum. The neighborhood, especially around Termini, can feel a bit sketchy, but personally I never had any problem. I also found some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Objectively speaking, the price is still quite high, this being Rome. However, having had to split my stay in two separate accommodations (for logistical reasons) but of the exact same area and price, I can confirm you can get much, much worse for a similar offer. Having had a pretty bad experience first, this was a very welcomed upgrade and I would happily recommend it.

The staff is exceptional. From the time I made the booking, the communication has been super efficient from getting to the hotel to other info. I was coming in on a day when there was a nationwide strike too and the staff kindly sent a comprehensive message about the situation. The staff also offered me information about getting around and dining options. I never had such exceptional service before. Room was clean and well-equipped, there was free bottled waters and the location is super excellent.

Very close to the main station, quiet place, also very close to supermarkets and restaurants, friendly staff etc.

Beds: no large bed. If you want a large bed you will get two beds one near the other with a very thin topper on it, although if you ask before reaching the property you get the response that your room will be accommodated with a king size bed (and if you ask afterwards they tell you that it's a guest house and not a 5* hotel and that's their template for answers). And one more aspect, the bed has an old blanket instead of a duvet and a sheet for it that's a bed sheet and not a duvet sheet. Floor: on the floor there are floor tiles and not carpet, so if you don't have your own slippers and you are used to wear them you have to buy ones.

Very friendly and service-minded staff. The room has everything you need and they clean the room every day. It's a 5 minute walk to Termini and about 20 minutes to Colosseum. There are also good restaurant options just around the corner.

Fab, friendly staff, especially Slim who took the time to show us all the best tourist attractions on the map and how to make the most of our time in Rome. Great location too in the centre and very easy to get to and from the airport with the train station right there.
