Rooms are clean and modern

Staff overall in all areas needs more professional trainings for hospitality and proper engagement with clients.. restaurant food varieties for breakfast is weak comparing to five stars hotel and their breads and pastries are outsourced and not home made which is honestly a strange thing to see and notice…

Overall the hotel is great! We were upgraded to a suite from a standard room with no charge, which was very pleasant. The suite was almost impeccable, but a few non-major concerns. The bed was comfortable, nice design, great shower. Baby crib was convenient. Breakfast was great! The staff was welcoming. The hotel’s location was a top notch.

1. Having a kitchen in the room would mean that guests need some utensils, cooking equipment, which were not available. Not even a single fork or spoon, no plates, no frying pans or cookware whatsoever. 2. The windows of the room we had were towards the mall, there was a kids playground and this caused noise till late evening. (Room 311)

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by many local shops, so it is great to explore and buy local fruits, souvenirs or gold. It is maybe a bit further from tourist attractions in the old town, but it is easy to get an Uber to get there. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was always very helpful. Both standard and premium rooms have good-sized bathroom. Air conditioning was cool and quite.

Although the breakfast selection was big, I did not find the food very tasty. At first we stayed at a room facing the inside of the mall, which was unusual, but fine, until we realised that we can hear the elevator bell everytime elevator doors open. It seems that the noise isolation is average in the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was exceptionally convinent, in the Galleria Mall, located near the airport highway and in a major commercial area with restaurants and clubs within walking distance. Highly recommended for a business stay or for a family vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Amman, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and cooperative given the fact that I was vacating my family's property that was sold recently. The concierge and security personnel were some of the most formidable individuals I have ever dealt with. I will certainly make Radisson Blu Galleria Mall my go to hotel every time I visit Amman. Breakfast was superb with so many varieties ranging from oriental to western. The captain has warmly welcomed me and given me a tour of the buffet. All the gentlemen serving customers have done an amazing job. I was also given an opportunity for a much needed late checkout for 2 hours which I extremely appreciated not to mention keeping my luggage at the hotel because my flight was a late night one. Quality wise 10/10 for security and concierge, 10/10 for location, 10/10 for reception and reservations, and 10/10 for breakfast and the Captain (I think his name was either Loai or Amjad)

The only downside was the very dim lighting of the room especially given that it is winter time in Jordan and it gets dark earlier.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing, beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and helpful staff, who were incredibly polite and attentive. The entire place was spotless, with everything perfectly clean and tidy. One of the first things we noticed was the beautiful, calming scent throughout the hotel, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Amman, Jordan, and this is by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. There’s no way I’ll switch to another hotel during my future stays in Amman. Everything was perfect — the price, the location, the size, and the service. An amazing place! The room was spacious, the kitchen was huge, and there were two bathrooms. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back. I would just kindly suggest that next time, the baby crib not be torn.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast (but don’t have good coffee) and nice decoration.

There is no hand soap. The hair shampoo is very small, also the body wash gel. There is tow separated elevators that you need to take every time you need to go to your room. There is no clear signs, for example, for bathrooms, for elevators, for stairs or for facilities. In the hotel entrance there is a checkpoint. The first time in my life I see that in a hotel and they check you every time you enter the hotel. They said it’s only because of the christmas eve, i hope they right.
