The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was exceptionally convinent, in the Galleria Mall, located near the airport highway and in a major commercial area with restaurants and clubs within walking distance. Highly recommended for a business stay or for a family vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Amman, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the view from my window was lovely, showcasing the city’s vibrant skyline. Breakfast was a highlight—an impressive spread with a variety of local and international dishes, fresh juices, and delicious coffee. The dining team was courteous and always ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel's central location made exploring Amman so convenient, whether it was visiting historical sites, shopping, or dining at nearby restaurants. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added to the overall experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel in Amman to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service—Radisson Blu Amman exceeded all my expectations!

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and cooperative given the fact that I was vacating my family's property that was sold recently. The concierge and security personnel were some of the most formidable individuals I have ever dealt with. I will certainly make Radisson Blu Galleria Mall my go to hotel every time I visit Amman. Breakfast was superb with so many varieties ranging from oriental to western. The captain has warmly welcomed me and given me a tour of the buffet. All the gentlemen serving customers have done an amazing job. I was also given an opportunity for a much needed late checkout for 2 hours which I extremely appreciated not to mention keeping my luggage at the hotel because my flight was a late night one. Quality wise 10/10 for security and concierge, 10/10 for location, 10/10 for reception and reservations, and 10/10 for breakfast and the Captain (I think his name was either Loai or Amjad)

The only downside was the very dim lighting of the room especially given that it is winter time in Jordan and it gets dark earlier.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing, beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and helpful staff, who were incredibly polite and attentive. The entire place was spotless, with everything perfectly clean and tidy. One of the first things we noticed was the beautiful, calming scent throughout the hotel, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast (but don’t have good coffee) and nice decoration.

There is no hand soap. The hair shampoo is very small, also the body wash gel. There is tow separated elevators that you need to take every time you need to go to your room. There is no clear signs, for example, for bathrooms, for elevators, for stairs or for facilities. In the hotel entrance there is a checkpoint. The first time in my life I see that in a hotel and they check you every time you enter the hotel. They said it’s only because of the christmas eve, i hope they right.

The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, with well-serviced rooms and the A/c is so strong. Rooms are wide and comfortable. The hotel is connected to a mall for shopping. A wide range of restaurants and shops nearby ensures that you have plenty of dining choices. I have received complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a suite. It was a gift from the front desk to me. The staff, especially Mr. Mohamad Fahed at the front desk, provide outstanding service, offering helpful advice and personalized attention. He has provided us a discount coupon for shopping from the mall as well, he provided the best advices to my family once he knew that they are going out alone. The positive experiences foster a strong desire to revisit the hotel and the destination.

I would be surprised if anyone booked a different one other than this amazing hotel; it's a perfect choice: 1./ Best location, you are in the middle of a shopping street, close to different attractions. taxis available within seconds. 2./ Professional and accommodating staff who are always smiling. especially the security lady welcoming you at the entrance door, she makes you feel you are walking to your home. 3./ Good breakfast and excellent service. 4./ Reasonable room rates. Enjoy your stay.

The suite which we were upgraded to! It had no window .. so we chose to go back to our premium room which is also an upgrade :)
