Every once in a while, if you travel long enough, you will stay at a hotel that has a staff of professional, friendly, generous people that you believe would do most anything to help you, because they want to. I enjoyed seeing the staff at the front desk every time I passed them, and regretted leaving when it was time to go. The housekeeping staff was also hardworking and extremely helpful.

Weekend nights can get rowdy in the center of the old town, but if you get up and join the revelers, or put in some earplugs, you'll be fine.

The location and value was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The street (closed to traffic) can be noisy if you have a balcony room, but the wood shutter doors keep the majority of the sound out. The safe was convenient and extra blankets and pillows appreciated. The TV was small and the Channel selection poor. Bathroom is tight. The staff is excellent. Overall, a very good stay.

The location was amazing — an oasis right in the heart of the historic district. Close to delicious food, fun shops and history all around. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary espresso was such a nice bonus as was the A/C.

The location was perfect and was in walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see. Our room was a bit small for three people but was clean and provided everything needed. The beds were perfect!

The only difficulty was in communication. There were a few times that were difficult to get our point across. But otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The staff was very accommodating. The facilities were clean and beautiful.

The smoke detector started to chirp every minute (which needed a new battery). I called the front desk and they said that maintenance had already gone home. As I’m in the business, I removed the 9v battery for the evening and put it back in the morning for them to replace. They could’ve brought me a battery and I could’ve replaced it myself.

Location is excellent. Middle of downtown where you can go walking to anywhere you want. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and customer centric. Beds are comfortable and the hotel looks as brand new.

It might be wise that room ventilation is enhanced as despite air conditioning, air feels dense and that is because of the small window from the room we stayed into. An it would be nice to have different pillows as the hotel provides a standard pillow that sometimes can be way too harsh or hard for some necks and inhibit proper resting.

The room was spotlessly clean and modern, with a nice bathroom and good shower. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our room. We initially were worried about the lively pedestrian street in front of the hotel but the room was well sound proofed and the street was quiet by ten. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful historic city.

One of the rooms we were shown toward the back was older and had a window that allowed noise from the guest patio below to filter up.

We enjoyed so much I don't know where to begin...... First, the entrance has a beautiful welcoming feeling and the flow of positive energy radiates the whole historical landmark.....The staff ( all of them) Eder( front desk) David, Mariana ,Jasmine,- front desk. ENGLISH / SPANISH capable .Miguel/ housekeeping/ support. Margarita ( housekeeping ).... We stayed for seven nights , therefore we got know each other pretty well. They were hustling non stop the WHOLE time 24/ 7. 7 days and nights of bliss..... Check out their espresso machine by the front desk.......I couldn't get enough of that machine..... Just push the button and wah lah ........It finds em( coffee beans ),grinds em( beans ) and splashes beautiful blue bottled agua( water ) all over them toasty grinded beans ( awesomeness. ). Floors were shining and freshness permeated throughout...... Any and all requests were attended to swiftly ,along with a smile......We had MANY( wine glasses,wine,ice, laundry services , dining, etc)..Whether coming or going you will see and feel a specialness, an unforgettable location with its BEAUTIFUL people. They made me smile alot..........I learned alot....Humble pie included..Very,very,very safe ............Queretaro, Mexico citizens and alike are fantastic humansEager to engage in conversation, help,intervene in every scenario i encountered Buenos diaz came out of my mouth more times then i can remember..Got that down...... We are making plans to stay longer in the near future !

The whole surrounding area felt safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every time we left or returned we were greeted with a smile. We had the big room with a kitchen. Comfortable room! I appreciated that there was a mirror with a chair and outlet for me to straighten my hair and get ready outside of the bathroom. AC worked well. It was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Queretaro.

The location of Hotel Madero is perfect. Right in the center of town on a walking street with restaurants, parks and museums right out the door. Comfortable and quiet rooms, and the staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay here.

The deluxe queen room was a little smaller than expected, and the bed was a double, not queen size. Not a dealbreaker as the room and bed were quiete comfortable.
