Everything!!!! The whole property is just amazing! The manager Erna and her beautiful staff are so attentive to all your needs! I did my birthday there solo! And from the moment I got up I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and cake given to me oh with a hbd song too😀😀 I felt very special the breakfast is so fresh and delicious!! Mind you you have fresh fruit daily! At any time plus your coffees teas biscuits and chocolates!! The whole place is spotlessly clean!!! Pool is beautiful clean as well and a lovely temperature! I have to say if I had to chose 1 thing I love the most besides the staff would be the shower to me it is like a waterfall! So beautiful!!!!!

Can not express enough how much I loved staying at PinkPrivate. I decided to celebrate a "milestone" birthday in Bali and searched long and hard for the perfect location ... and am so pleased that I chose PinkPrivate. Myself and 5 of my gal pals arrived at various stages over the week and the staff at PP could not have been more welcoming, more attentive and generally more just pinkalicious fabulous. All of our rooms .. ranging from the Cozy to my fabulous Grande room are styled to perfection and the Villa facilities, pool area and communal kitchen all added up to the most wonderful week. But it was the staff that made our stay even more special .. from the "Birthday Surprise" and Cake to the warm welcome and beautiful goodbye .. just can not get any better than this. Ohhhhhh .. and the Pink Bicycles .. the BEST way to get around Sanur .... I will be back to float around that fab pool again!

Beautiful quiet place, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring the nearby beach which can be accessed by a 10 minute walk or can make use of complimentary bicycles if that is more your thing. Lovely simple breakfast. Can relax by the pool and will be pampered by staff with cold water, fresh fruit and ice cream. Erna, the manager was very lovely. Organised a special birthday surprise for me and also looked after my partner when she was feeling unwell. Highly recommend if you are wanting to stay in Sanur

The place is heaven - hidden location off the main road very quiet. Nice walk down some small streets to get to the end of the local beach and you can hire bikes or stroll the beach, hire sun beds, enjoy the views and have an endless choice of places to eat and drink. The hotel was spotless, maintained constantly by the staff, and they could n out do enough for us… fresh watermelon by the pool, iced water, presents in your room, free bikes for use, it really was the definition of ‘above and beyond’ and makes a big difference to the overall experience. Keep doing what you’re doing and we look forward to re visiting in the future and are eager to also try your other hotel in Uluwatu !!! Thank you again

If you’re looking for a quiet boutique property this is a great option! The rooms are beautiful and it’s a peaceful environment with only around 10 rooms total. Staff are really kind and accommodating. Highly recommend Jhoii restaurant which is just down the road!

The location is quite far from Sanur, I used the free pink bikes daily so that was great but personally I would have preferred to be closer to the beach and restaurants. The property is very very quiet and the pool area is small so if you like intimate this will be your paradise, but not so much if you prefer a resort feel!

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem! The property is beautifully maintained, with charming details at every turn. I especially loved the complimentary bicycles, which made it easy to explore the nearby areas at my own pace. The location is tucked away from the more crowded tourist spots, offering a peaceful atmosphere just a short bike ride away from the beach and restaurants. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—so warm, attentive, and thoughtful. While lounging by the pool, I was surprised with refreshing lemon water and a delicious little ice cream. Each evening, I found a special gift in my room, like sea salt for a relaxing bath. The hotel also offers free fruit and tea in the dining area, available 24/7. And I also appreciated their efforts to reduce plastic usage, which made the stay feel even more eco-friendly! The experience was truly remarkable, and I can’t wait to return!

The property itself is meticulously presented with the cute pink theme. Rooms are large with ample storage space and the bathroom resembles a whole separate living space. Breakfast servings are very large and quite tasty. The pool is lovely and a great spot to chill in the afternoon.

There isn’t really much around you within walking distance. The property is located in a rear lane way with the beach being about a 20 minute walk away. We didn’t use the free bikes provided but took Grab cars instead which were inexpensive. For the shorter trips, such as to the mall, the fare was less than $3 (AUD) -

The staff, in particular Addy, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with great decor and impressive bathroom. The bed was very comfrotable and the wifi was excellent. Little touches like free fresh fruit, drinking water, tea, cookies. bicyles etc made the stay very comfortable and we have already recommended this accommodation to family members who are booked to stay in the next few weeks.

Our stay was wonderful but if I had to identify something, it would be that the pool towels were little and thin and were not changed over during our stay.

As soon as you walk through the front gate you can feel it's tranquility. Exquisite...is the perfect word to describe the detail put into this place and the staff who run it are on point. They make you feel at home, like one of the family. The bathroom and shower in the Grande room was magnificent. Communal kitchen was a treat with fresh interesting fruits, some of which I had never tried, cookies, tea and anything you need really. This place is an absolute treasure. We had a great time here. Nothing really, except the mattress on the bed was quite hard which isn't our style. We used the extra large foam bench chair pads in the end as a bed topper.
