Close to airport

Noisy from planes taking off. Been at other hotel that close to an airport with much lass noise.

The facility was clean and nice. The room was nice and beds are comfortable. The shuttle from the airport and back is really a great benefit. Many of the other more expensive hotels do not run a shuttle to the airport and back. To have this is a very nice perk. It saves the patrons a few dollars and is so much more convenient that a taxi or uber.

Seeing as they are in Anchorage which is the hub for Alaska, it would be nice if the hotel had a cold storage facility. There are a few other places in Anchorage that have this available for those who are fisherman and hunters. I travel for work and must carry my own food to my work place. Most of it is frozen. It is nice to be able to put it in cold storage. I realize this is a luxury per say, but it is to have.

This hotel is very cozy and convenient when you're in between flights. It's a slightly older hotel but it's kept up nicely. We needed a hotel with a 24 hour front desk because we were coming into Anchorage around 1am on our flight. I was surprised that their shuttle to and from the airport is also 24 hours. Made it easy so we didn't have to rent a car. The check in process was easy. There's a little snack shop downstairs if you need something quick. I enjoy the cabin feel of the decor as well

Big room with a nice big bed. Microwave, couch, desk. Plenty of cable channels. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices. A waffle maker and some juices. The staff were all very competent and quick to help. Elevator for those that want one.

The pool was open but it looked like it hadn't been used much. I didn't use it either. Nothing to really complain about. The hotel is closer to the airport, but not too far from some more interesting locations.

I’m so appreciative you have a pool, even though I couldn’t use it this time — I love a pool. Also, the room was spacious and clean. Love your bulk shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was better than expected — friendly staff, seemingly real eggs, good variety, decent coffee. Also, the parking lot was well-maintained.

Pool could open a little earlier in the AM, like 7 or 8 am. I couldn’t use it this trip because it t wasn’t open yet. Also…we would stay there more often if you were pet friendly.

Staff were welcoming , helpful and very friendly. Swimming pool was clean and well prepared with clean towels etc. The room had everything you could need and anything that wasn’t there then the front desk staff could arrange. Breakfast was nice and had plenty to choose from. Staff member on the desk could have not been more helpful.

The only negative I had was that the hallways and lift could have been cleaner. Just needs extra attention with a hoover.

Up to date. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Good sized room, bed and bath. Comfortable bed. Close to the airport.

Reception staff were initially stiff, not welcoming. Subsequently one warmed up when asking for restaurant locations nearby. Morning counter person was again very standoffish. Very expensive summer rates but I understand they have to make their revenue in a few summer months.

The location was nice (close to the airport), breakfast was good and they offered a variety, staff was accommodating with our bags, lemon water in the lobby as well as coffee and tea was a nice addition!

Pool was out of order. Breakfast area was very full and we had to sit in the lobby with our food until a table opened up.

I didn't get the young ladies name at the desk, but she was exceptional. When asked for a place to eat she walked me outside to show me the route to make sure we got there. She assisted with my challenge to call an Uber. The young man yesterday morning assisted with getting us two taxies to our next location.

The price seemed higher than what we're used to. Probably due to the area, not sure.

We love it! The staff is wonderful. They are able to accommodate world travelers as Alaska is a beautiful destination. It is close to the airport. The shuttle is very reliable. We always stay here when coming to Alaska

I know it is the main tourist season, but the prices were higher than they have been during our last visits. That may be due to changes in the USA as we were coming from Costa Rica.
