This is an amazingly designed hotel in a renovated building in the heart of the old town. It is surrounded by very old wooden buildings and has an amazing view on the Mother Georgia monument and the Old neiborhood. The rooftop terrace is highly recommended. The room has high ceilings, soundproof windows, all new and high quality The bed is 180 cm or more wide which is rarely found in Tbilisi and super comfortable The staff is super attentive

It was too hot in the room (a/c worked only for heating) and if you open the window there is a huge noise from outside during the evening hours. But this problem mist likely related to a transisioning season (winter/summer) There was no normal coffee (espresso/capuccino)for breakfast, even for payment. Not clear why the hotel wouldn’t buy just one machine.

We had an amazing time at Strofi - the hotel is very new, clean and it didn't feel busy at all. The staff was all extremely kind and helpful. We got a room upgrade, which was great and the size of our room was really pleasantly spacious. We could see the mother of Georgia from our balcony and the rooftop terrace also opens up to this majestic statue (it feels like Strofi guests have the best view in town to be honest). The hotel is located in a very peaceful area, just on the corner on a beautiful pedestrian street with a square with lots of bars and restaurants available just a couple minutes away. However, we could sleep with the windows open, because there was no noise whatsoever. We could not recommend Strofi enough!!!

It's a clean and nice hotel. Bedding is good.They provide all needed amenities. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The view from the terrace is really good. For the price facilities are ok. The receptionists were helpful.

The room is a bit smaller than expected. Not much space for storage and the wardrobe can only be partially opened, other half is stuck due to the side table. Basically a big bed and just enough space for walking. The free breakfast is very basic not even a proper coffee machine. The negatives are only considering its four star status otherwise good for the price range.

Newly renovated, nicely designed boutique hotel in the centre of Tbilisi (The freedom Square is in a walking distance). The rooms were quite clean, quiet, well-equipped. We had a complimentary gift waiting for us in the room, which was a nice gesture from the team. The staff in reception (especially women) were welcoming and supportive.

Hotel has no parking lot for cars. If you are travelling by car, parking is a problem. Breakfast can be better. Besides, Espresso costs 6 GEL at the breakfast time. You have to pay every morning for a cup of coffee (if you do not drink instant coffee), which is strange for me.

Really nice hotel in the right centre of the city, spacious room with small balcony

Strofi is a luxurious experience. We had a large room with a very modern bathroom and the largest and most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel. We both had our own duvet, which is very pleasant when your partner is always hot and you are always cold. The hotel is situated in the middle of the Old Town which makes getting a taxi and getting there by car a slightly longer wait, as cars have to wind through small one-way-streets. The advantage is that you have the nicest part of Tiblissi right at your doorstep, and are able to stroll around sampling the food and admiring the houses. The best part of Strofi is their roof terrace which gives you a wonderful view of Tiblissi and is very atmospheric in the evening.

The breakfast was plentyful in fruit, salads, warm food and even cakes, but could have had more in the European bread-and-butter line and had no muesli at all. It also could do with starting earlier, as it presently starts at the (Causacisian early morning) time of 8:00. We had an early flight and missed breakfast as we had to get a taxi at 7.30.

Nestled in the heart of the old city with a modern and comfy interior, this stay was amazing! Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. We had a room with a great view of the Lady of Georgia, and we loved walking around the neighbourhood for some food and drinks, many options are within a walking distance. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and we loved the little breakfast buffet. Can't wait to visit again!

I wish the breakfast buffet had more variety, not that the food was not great, but staying there for 1 week and having the same food options every morning kinda gets boring.

Strofi is my go to hotel in Tbilisi that I always book for my family. This time my mother traveled to Tbilisi, the hotel staff is wonderful. They helped my mom with everything, they were very friendly and flexible. The rooms are beautiful, clean and cozy. My mom especially likes the hotel breakfast that has a variety of foods. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to everything in the city center. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing, they are great!

It's a newly renovated hotel at the very heart of old Tbilisi, minutes away from all main points of interest. The area offers lots of restaurants and convenience shops. The view out of the window was terrific! We were traveling as a family of 5 (2 adults and kids 15,13 and 8 years) and booked a family room at Strofi hotel. Basically it was two separate rooms with a connecting door. We were also able to add a third bed to one of the rooms for the youngest daughter (at an extra cost). The breakfast was great, with several cereal options, cheeses, fresh bread, vegetables, pastry, jams and a selection of pancakes and egg. Filtered coffee was free, but a cappuccino or an americano was at extra cost. There's a panoramic roof on the 6th floor! Don't miss it out.

- Our room wasn't cleaned on time even though we were out from 10am until 5pm and asked again for it to be cleaned when we left for dinner (another few hours after 6pm). However staff apologized and brought us the replacement bottles of water. - There's no restaurant or bar at the hotel. The only dining option is breakfast. But we were able to find some decent restaurants right around the corner.

Location is strategic, it’s in a quieter spot of the Old Tbilisi but walking distance to everything. Mother of Georgia is reachable in 10 mins by steps. Bed was comfortable. The reception lady who speaks very good English was super friendly and helpful. Early checkin is available at 70% room rate.

Breakfast food variety was average. Some days I have to skip breakfast due to early start of local tours. WiFi connection was unstable in my room but luckily I have a local eSIM. Quality of toiletries and housekeeping could be better.
