Great, clean basic room with double bed and a bunk above it. Shower and basin in the bedroom with ensuite toilet room. Easy, efficient check in. Helpful staff. Close to city underground station and only a few minutes on train into the centre of Munich but we also walked into the centre which took around 45 minutes. A few nice bars and reasonably priced restaurants locally. Towels changed daily. We didn't have breakfast but there was a basic continental breakfast buffet available at an extra reasonable rate. Definitely recommend if you are travelling on a budget and are looking for somewhere clean, friendly and practical.

Good value for a price with good breakfasts. The cleaners did a great job keeping the place intact. Great cozy neighborhood, underground (U-Bahn) just a few minutes away as well as some cafes and shops, plus you can walk to the city zoo

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, there was not enough room to unpack your stuff. A few shelves could help with it.

Value for money is above expectations, and this starting the weekend of Conference league finals. Located within a walking distance from two subway stations and a team line. Grocery stores also available very close to the hotel.

It wasn't comfortable for me to sleep (although my son disagrees). A socket close to only one bed of two. No fridge in the room.

Checkin and Checkout was nice and gentle, even despiste arriving too soon I could be welcomed and hosted. The room was very basic, but was only to sleep so all ok. Bed was comfortable enough and the pillows also ok.

The curtain smelled like tobacco and the floor had cigarretes marks. Not the hotel's fault and all was clean, surely due to some nasty clients. The shower had a hole in the door so water went through it and flooded the floor a bit.

Easy to find, parking in the garage. There are cafes and fast food restaurants in the area. The room, although small, is completely functional. Friendly staff. Breakfast good. Everything was clean

We were charged for parking for 2 vehicles for 2 motorbikes, even though our 2 motorbikes fit in 1 parking space. In a world where we try to rationalize the consumption of everything unnecessary, it seems to me that it was also completely unnecessary

Cleanliness was fine. Great location from value for money perpective. 15 minutes from main station, 20 minutes from Marienplatz.

Lady from the staff tried to enter few times the room in the morning. There was not paper in the tool that was issuing the codes for the rooms and I got a little bit lost for some time.

I think for foreign guests you must explain the self- check-in machine in an email 3 days before minimum. It was a very strange welcome and I don’t think I would have known what to do. But after a while a man did check us in. In South Africa we still use to humans LOL

Clean and compact room. "Budget" means your bathroom is in the same room. Only the toilet and shower get their box with a door. Friendly staff. Checkin and checkout took less than a minute as keys were already provided in form of a code. Wifi works. Good value for the money, considering the city of Munich. Metro stop in a decent walking distance.

Got a room on the street side. Being the hotel on a heavy traffic junction there are cars and trucks running all the time. Sound protection is great, although not 100%. But it is ok for a night or two.

Overall everything clean, although our room was not properly done after we asked to have it cleaned. We did not have breakfast.

The property is on the roadside and it’s easily accessible via metro station

The room is very small, also the bathroom. Our stay wasn’t pleasant as the air conditioner wasn’t well. It was really hot onsite and we needed to open the window towards the road to sleep well. As you can understand, the sleep you get after opening the window towards the road. It was noisy.
