Breakfast was good. It was a bit confusing determining the the difference between the two options.
We had an issue with the valet service. Our car was broken into overnight. Fortunately Nothing was damaged. On the plus side, they found some of our belongings and refunded the valet fee, but it was very unsettling and confusing as to how could happen.

Staff was professional and helpful. The accommodations were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were both clean.
Breakfast was way too expensive for the quality of the food we received. It was confusing as to which was the basic and which was the more expensive buffet. However, in my experience the price did not match the quality of the food or the selection of food available.

The location was in a very active part of the city and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. On the day I was leaving I went down to the lobby and asked the valets to call me a cab to the airport and instead one of them went and got an SUV and drove me there.
I wish that room service had been available. My understanding is that it was cancelled due to COVID, but it would have helped when I was so exhausted that I just didn't want to go out to a restaurant and pick something up.

Especially liked the onsite historian. He gives a grear in depth tour of the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The location is great. It is downtown and near downtown restaurants, distilleries and museums
There is no onsite coffee bar and no place to grab a quick breakfast to go Wished there were more food options in general

It is a beautiful building! While the roo was larger than an average hotel room, the bathroom was tiny! My 6'1" 280 lbs son almost didn't fit. WiFi was a bit spotty. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice .
Getting from parking to hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and just updated enough to be modern, without changing the charm of the old school feel of the hotel. The hotel historian is an amazing touch. We were unable to join the tours provided, but caught the short documentary on the hotel TV station. Learning of the storied history of this establishment was truly fun
Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike

Location
I was in room 434, I could hardly fit through the shower door, the doorway was very very very narrow, I’m a fat guy and had a very very very hard time getting into the shower. You should make guest aware of this before that book a room.

It was beautiful! I loved there. Informative concierge detailing the history of this beautiful landmark.
There was no access to some of the most beautiful historical rooms. This was due to damage from previous visitors however, so it is understandable.

Beautiful hotel. Loved having the historian on site for a tour. Nice personal products.
A lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom. Change up some photos in the hallways. Minor finishing touches to mirror the hotel’s esthetics.

Loved the setup of the rooms and accessibility to local venues/restaurants! The hotel bar was also beautiful! The staff was also super kind!
I do the bathrooms had some type of fan that could be turned on. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows destroyed my neck.
