The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and attentive staff. The interior design of the hotel is quite pleasing.

We would have appreciated a balcony. The air conditioning fan was very noisy. Some of their charges were petty, such as being charged EU1.00 for a drop of milk in a coffee. The cost of the airport shuttle was ridiculous. One could order a taxi for a fraction of that. We were charged significant extra for a sea-view but all we could see was a building site with a crane, car park and a little of the sea shining through the trees.

The breakfast buffet (and service) was stylish and delicious. As an avid tea drinker, the tea selection could have been higher end (for such a high end hotel). Service was great, from check in to check out. Courteous, helpful, friendly.

Absence of branded shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was a disappointment, again given the caliber of the hotel. Absence of nicer tea in the room. The cups provided were really small. Small detail - the cups at breakfast were a better size, but the hot water volume was only 2/3 cup so you'd end up needing to pour a second cup to fill your actual cup.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. The range of food - wonderful selection of fresh fruit, good pastries, cheeses, meat. We ate dinner in the hotel and that was great too. I loved the gorgeous hotel design, especially the dining room which was super lovely. We stayed twice, each time in a different room I particularly loved the room with an enormous. The beds, pillows, bed linen were amazingly comfortable and the room had good temperatue control and great lighting. I have already recommended the hotel to friends. There were some very nice touches and attention to detail - when we arrived on a phenomenally hot day we were handed peach juice and damp towels at reception. The staff were really excellent - helpful, very good english, keen to help.

I wish the hotel's location was nicer - it felt a bit close to the road and traffic when we sat in the outside bar. Some of the room lights didn't work - annoying because they were a great design.

The staff were lovely. I liked all the extra touches such as the fruit drink and hand cloth on arrival. The beds are amazing - I don't think I have ever had such a comfortable bed (and choice of pillow!). We stayed on two separate nights in the same week. The first night we had a room with a beautiful huge bath and it was wonderful. The design throughout the hotel is fantastic - loved the wood-clad walls and the furniture. It is worth a visit for the design alone. Lovely roof top swimming pool but it isn't big - so great if there aren't too many people less so when there are too many other guests.The breakfasts are incredible - wonderful selection of fresh fruit (some quite exotic), yogurts, kefir, cooked meats, cheese, pastries - even gateaux and Prosecco. People were enjoying mimosas! I could have spent the morning eating the breakfasts outside in the sunshine. Heaven.

We had one of the cheaper rooms and the view wasn't particularly nice. The walk into the city centre isn't great. But these are small grumbles - I highly recommend Briig.

Nice location, close to the beach and nearby restaurants. A short walk to old town. Very nice and clean, modern room with nice bed and furniture.

We paid €400/night which is quite expensive even for a very nice hotel. First morning we ate breakfast inside, very loud noise from the chairs on the stone floor, should be an easy fix with rubber or some pads under each leg. Not a problem when having breakfast outside though. There were ongoing construction nearby which maybe doesn’t look that nice, but it wasn’t disturbing.

Briig Boutique Hotel surpassed all our expectations. A soon as we entered the hotel there was a feeling of relaxed calm. The staff on reception made us feel very welcome and this continued throughout our 7 day stay. Our superior double room with sea view room was spacious, well equipped and the extra-large double bed was indeed extra large and very comfortable. The ground floor of the hotel is stylishly furnished with adequate seating in the restaurant, bar and separate lounge. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast where a vast range of fresh produce was always available. The seating continued outside with an extension of the restaurant as well as an area to relax with or without a drink all day and into the evening. The staff were always friendly and ready to help.

The Lounge & Restaurant areas were spacious and staff were alwasy at hand for help or service. Reception were helpful answering questions on the area when local facilities were closed. Food & Wine for evening meals could not be faulted.

Facing the Beach was great as views were spectacular. However the noise coming from both beach and adjacent nightclub did make sleeping difficult especially when stretching to 2-3am. This was the only down side and a real shame

Modern and very comfortable. Great bed and bedding. Best robes and slippers we’ve experienced. Huge bath for a European hotel. Good breakfast and location. We got our Steps in walking to the old city, which might not be a plus for everyone.

If you book avoid rooms facing the ocean. Both nights we were woken up multiple times from partiers yelling loudly. Nothing the hotel can do but they should make guests aware this is an issue before booking. Maybe not as bad on higher floors.

Great breakfast, fresh products, many vegetables and deserts such like chia pudding a very nice terrace outside when you can drink coffee. Modern design furniture, clean rooms and toilets, staff very friendly. We were of season so it wasn't overcrowded. Parking available but pay extra.

Curtains in the windows weren't well fitted and there was light in early morning. The "SPA" area consists only from small sauna. No indoor swimming pool or even jacuzzi in a 4 stars hotel is a little under value especially when you come during spring or winter when the weather outside is bad.

Absolutely lovely hotel with a great and friendly staff. The architecture of the hotel is impressing. The hotel's surrounding is also breathtaking with a lot of trees and the beautiful sound of cicadas. I loved that you can see Croatian posters, art albums in the lobby and get familiar with local art. The breakfasts were just divine, the quality of the food was top notch. I adore this hotel and will def come back soon. I booked it very last minute and didn't know what to expect, so it was a wonderful surprise. Good job Briig!

The gym needs some improvement - it's very small and uncomfortable. Two people is a crowd. You can not have a proper workout in that space. The gym does not provide exercise mats. The pool area is also tiny, which tends to be the problem when too many people show up. The swimming pool itself is not really suited for swimming because it's really small. Not enough sun beds with umbrellas to protect you from the sun. The area has no plants, no flowers which is would make this place more cosy and friendly. And the bar is also very small, the menu is limited, if you're hungry there's not much to eat really.
