Friendly staff, 24/7 security which made me feel safe, clean and spacious room. Ideal for an overnight stay to break up my journey. Also only 5 mins to town or Lakeside village in the car. Price was great

Many speak about the private guests but to be fair there was no issue at all. The thing I didn't like was where it is situated. The industrial estate is really scruffy and rundown, this unfortunately was echoed in the entrance/reception, a bit of lick and spit (paint, new reception desk) would remedy this. No facility for an evening meal.

Great location, nice staff, accommodation was spotless, comfortable but basic, shower was very hot and powerful. A great value stay. Would totally stay again! The breakfast was all you could need for start the day, focus on the basics but very good

The EV charging was out of order, not the hotel’s fault but was very annoying

Room was clean, clean beddings, clean towels, clean toilet, clean bathroom.... the pilows, and duvet clean too.....the bed was clean....no funny marks or smears......it is the first thing I check in any hotel I stay. Not dusty. The room had provided heater....thank u for this.....UK weather very unpredictable!!.... Essentials provided kettle, teabags, milk, coffee, shower gels.....thank u..... I like the ecofriendly system where u put the room card to access power....which is a good idea in saving energy...... Free WiFi n with good speed. It was quite at night. I needed that peace of mind......security n reception 24/7 very essential especially coz of car... Good parking space..... The hotel is near local amenities.....local shops......I was driving.....hence it wasn't an issue.... Friendly staff and there to assist. Check out time 1100hrs which is a good time for me to have a lie in,.....have breakfast n go to my function with no rush..... Thank you....I would stay again

The room is what you expect for a budget hotel clean and decent and good value for money. The best part of the hotel is the staff who are great and very helpful.

There is nothing to dislike and it is a budget hotel so within the expectations of a budget hotel there is nothing wrong with the hotel. the staff were great and helpful.

I arrived here and there was plenty of parking available. I was checked in and told where my room was. My room was basic but clean. Tv worked. There was a kettle with the usual stuff. The shower was good with good power to it. Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit too warm but there was a window which could be opened wide. Minimal noise from anywhere. I went down for breakfast which was a D.I.Y continental which to me was fine. There was the usual stuff yoghurts, cereal bread , crumpets , croissants, and juice. You could have as much as you liked. All in all for what you pay it was suffice.

For the price of the room it was what would be expected clean and basic but very good value. The staff are great and helpful and the best part is the staff.

Very pleasant place. Didn't realise how much Doncaster itself was a dump. Never really properly been outside the railway station (I a rail enthusiasts) . Sadly, I come down with man flu.

Friendly atmosphere. I have never seen so many security staff on the side. Until I walked to the station.

Having my bank card details taken in case I wrecked my room, when I've never behaved badly in a hotel, I hurt & humiliated on arrival at reception for check-in,

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room had everything I could want. It was the most affordable hotel I could find that night (that wasn't in a shared accommodation) and it was comfier than many hotels I have stayed at before.

After reading some other reviews, and realising it was a trend and not a one off occurence, I will mention that I awoke to screaming at 7am. I can't fault the hotel for guest behaviour but it is something you may experience.
