The whole experience and the Christmas feel felt like we were in a blissful haven, amazing service, food, stunning location, and very comfortable rooms. Loved it and would come back for more

Design of the public spaces and guest rooms is spectacular. Definitely not cosy but they have absolutely everything, right down to charging ports in unexpected places and an OTT in room bar. Outstanding toiletries too! The breakfast buffet is one of Bangkok's best.

Public spaces were beautifully designed and furnished but lacking warmth. There was an average amount of seating around the pool but not a lot of shade. There were a few pool lounges and seating areas between the pool and the river which would have been pleasant however, they were all covered in leaves which looked like they had been there forever. Pool staff were little indifferent.

Absolutely loved the property, the design of the hotel is impeccable, has nice options for food and drinks, including a michelin starred restaurant and an award winning cocktail bar! We were there for two nights and absolutely loved every minute! Rooms are spacious! Also booked a city tour through the hotel which was amazing highly recommend it! We spent quite a bit of time at the pool, the staff were very attentive! Will be definitely revisiting in our next trip to Bangkok! Lovelovelove

The only small thing we felt it was missing, is some music by the pool, other than that everything was amazing!

Everything food was exceptional especially at the Chinese restaurant.

It was such lovely architecture, both internally and external. Felt elegant and spacious, but also calm and relaxing. From the entrance, to the central area, to the pool, everything flowed so well. Staff were amazing, always so attentive and helpful. Food at the restaurants were incredible, and the bar was really cool. Room as to be expected, were top notch, and beds super comfy. Additionally as it was ‘low season’ pricing was incredible!

A stunning new Four Seasons , designed by Jean-Michel Gathy and described by him as "Sometimes dramatic. Sometimes intimate. But always charismatic." so true. Incredible celling heights create a sense of space which follows though into the rooms . Wall to wall and Floor to Ceilings windows framed my contemporary verdant courtyard view . The bed was so comfortable that I slept 9 hours . first time in years ! loved the bathrooms and all the open feeling that can also be closed off for privacy . The choice of restaurants is outstanding, the traditional Thai lounge beds by the river Perfect to watch the world go by . even the Lemongrass ice Tea with Padan was so delicious ( highly recommend) .. the art work, the boutique Lotus Art de Vivre ( most incredible craftsmanship) in the shopping area, the outdoor ponds and pools and last but not least the staff . Thank you for making my brief stay so unforgettable.

This hotel is something else!!! Yes, it's shining new, beautiful resort style and so delicious food and you must, must go to the bkk social bar that makes you feel In a movie, great one! But - above all are the wonderful people who give you the best pleasant service that can't be given in any other hotel. Love you guys! Especially the best bartender in bkk and not enough compliments to say to our waitress at the bkk social bar that makes our night!! Sure we'll be meet again!
