Excellent location close to station which was perfect for our one night transit stay. It was cheap and fit for purpose

The room was very small and the mattresses were too hard for our liking but this may be different for others.

Breakfast and location.

The bathtub was slippery, may be due to the products used to clean it or the product used was not properly removed.

This hotel is from a famous chain. It is quite basic but offers everything necessary and it is well organised. The breakfast includes several dishes. The staff is really nice, better interaction if you speak Japanese but super attentive to customer's needs.

The rooms are a bit small (but this common in Japan). I would advise to have the desk removed or reduced in order to obtain more space for the suitcases.

Great value for money, just 5mins from the station. We came from Tokyo in the evening so we could have an early start to see the snow monkeys. The room was bigger and cheaper than in Tokyo and it included breakfast, which was mainly Japanese savoury options but we all found something to eat. We were then able to take a short walk over to the express buses after breakfast.

Location so close to train station and an easy 2 km walk to the Zenkoji shrine/temple, breakfast was available. Pillows and beds took some getting use to but actually were conducive to a good sleep. Shower/bathroom was interesting and good. If you don't measure by western standards. Whole hotel experience was good.

Pillows and beds were hard and took some getting used to, but actually turned out ok and slept well even though both initially felt hard. Room was tight. For a cultural change was different but ok.

It’s close to Nagano station. The breakfast room is quiet small but still good. There is automated parking but you have to pay a bit for overnight park.

The staffs are good but a bit hard to communicate in English.

Great location. Its a 5 min walk away from Nagano station. It was good for taking a quick trip to Zenkoji Temple in the morning, which is 16 mins away by bus. Hotel room was on the small end for a double room, but we didn't mind. The staff was very polite and helpful when helping international tourists check in. The free breakfast was tasty and filling. Check out was very fast.

They don't provide amenities inside the hotel room, you need to ask for them at front desk. It's still complimentary, but just a small inconvenience. Everything else was great for a budget 3star hotel.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Nagano city, 3 minutes from the main station and close access to most of the location to visit. The staff is nice and polite, and the hotel itself is quite clean. Even if the room is a little small, it's practical, clean for an affordable price. The bed were quite comfortable.

I had no issue sleeping, but my friend is sensitive to noise and smell and she did tell me she had difficulties sleeping because of the noise from the next room. The bathroom apparently smelt a little (because it's one of those bathrooms without windows. It was still clean), but I personally thought it was quite faint. The free breakfast was however very disappointing, with very few spaces for all the guests. I understand that you can't ask for too much when the hotel is happy to provide food for free, but I would have preferred to pay for something better in that case.

Very close to the station. The room was really clean and the staff were very friendly too. We arrived early and hence had to leave the luggage in the lobby. The staff were very accommodating. Loved the free breakfast in the morning. There were really good varieties and the food was very tasty. Highly recommended.

Nothing at all.

The hotel is not far from the JR station. Self-check-in is convenient and easy. The rooms are clean and come with bedding and bath amenities for self-service on the 1st floor. Free breakfast is available from 6:30 to 10:00. You can also store your luggage before check-in and after checkout.
