We have had a fantastic stay in Zakopane! Loved the warm and friendly welcome from the team at Hotel Auquarion Family & Friends. Our room (519) was fantastic, with beautiful views of the mountains, it was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The balcony was great to enjoy. Our package included DBB and 1hr per day access to the Terme. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made omelettes and eggs to your wishes, and a waffle maker! Dinner was a delicious selection of local food, a great opportunity to try the local cheese and potato cakes. If your looking for something typically British this package probably isn't for you, also if vegan probably call ahead to arrange. The Terme was busy during our stay but direct guest Access meant we avoided queues. 

Friendly staff from reception to house keeping. The room was lovely and clean. Food was excellent. Very near the bus/train station. Excellent value. I would definitely stay again but make sure I had a balcony next knowing what I know now.

My room unfortunately didn’t have a balcony, which considering there was no ‘free’ open space to sit out or sunbath was a disappointment. I had to go to the local park to enjoy some outdoor relaxation. I didn’t want to use the swimming pool next door and was reluctant to pay just to lie on a sun lounger. The 8pm closure of the evening meal for me was a bit early and felt rushed after a day in the mountains, but I suppose it is fair for the hard working staff not to work longer hours.

Amazing breakfast, rich and fresh, everything you can imagine. Games rooms for kids are awesome (big advantage), parking is convenient (costs extra), the staff is very nice, quick and useful. Location is very close to everything, we had a great stay, awesome value for.money

The water park deal is definitely not attractive (basically the highest offer), and I'd prefer better shower products (only shampoo and soap in one). Also, it would be nice to improve the coffee counter in the room, or at least to suggest a free one for the hotel, but other than that, amazing hotel.

We recently stayed at Hotel Aquarion with our 5-year old son and would recommend this place to all families: + it’s super kids friendly: they have well-maintained playroom, free soup for kids during lunch, coloring books at the restaurant + we had breakfast and dinner included in the room rate and the food was amazing (huge kudos to the cooking team). There is lots of variables even for picky eaters + the staff was very friendly, I was not feeling well and they let us check in a bit earlier + we had the apartment and it was spacious and clean + the aqua park/ thermen is close by, our son spent there 3 days out of 5 and we as adults also enjoyed its facilities + it’s 5 min by feet from the station and about 15 min to the center Honestly, we thought it was very good value for the money and would come back

Great hotel with friendly staff and perfect location. Train station is short walk away, Main Street (Krupowki) and city centre 20 min slow walk away. Local shops just two minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast it’s absolutely amazing with large choice of food constantly topped up. Gym and sauna basic but who needs more on holiday. Big plus is thermal baths located next to hotel. They not the biggest and the best in Zakopane but if you tired or lazy (like me) it’s perfect to relax or take your children before bed time to tired them out.

There was 3 of us plus dog (two adults and child). Room felt bit small but if you don’t plan spend to much time in there it’s ok.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the stunning water park with thermal waters, which provided both fun and relaxation. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every detail was beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, everything about the hotel was perfect – from the facilities to the service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Fabulous breakfast, ladies at omelette/egg station cooked wonderful food. Everything you can imagine for breakfast was at this hotel and always stocked up Amazing room and complimentary upgrade. The most beautiful bedroom and super bathroom .. Well stocked mini bar ..

A little too much of a walk from town centre at night time but having said that…. A fabulous 5 mins from train station which cancels need for taxis so I suppose it’s location could be a plus, not a minus I most definitely would stay here again

Direct connection to Aquapark is huge plus for the hotel! Kids loved it! Food was amazing too. The hotel deserves its 4 stars for sure.

The cleaning in the rooms (and we had two rooms) is not automatically included and you have to ask to clean you room on the reception. I find this approach OK, the problem is that we have asked couple times to do the cleaning during our 4 days stay and nothing happened. It was quite frustrating so that we have to make our two rooms (1 for us and 1 for the kids) by ourselves.

Excellent hotel! About a 15-minute walk to the city center, a 2-minute walk to a nearby supermarket. A large and spacious room with a balcony. The room and the hotel are very clean. Rich and varied breakfast which even includes utensils for small children. The playroom is clean and well equipped. The hotel has a parking lot at a cost of 80zl per day. The Termy Zakopiańskie are next to the hotel and are at a separate cost - you can enter directly the thermal baths at the price as shown on the website or enter through the hotel at a different price, although more expensive, but there is no need to wait for payment, change clothes and walk outside especially in cold weather. It is important to take the watch at the reception to enter the baths. You can use the towels and bathrobe provided by the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind. It is highly recommended!

It was nearly 200 euros per night, water in the shower was keep changing temperature .. usually in hotels there r shower caps and little soap bars and sometimes even toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom already, but here u had to ask for it in reception 🤣🤣 not even talking that it didn't include the swimming pool price , or didn't offer any special deal .. it was definitely not worth the price in my opinion, u don't get anything special for it.
