Great location and such a cool vibe! I love how the decor gives tribute to the history of the building (disco ball factory). The staff was very friendly and it was convenient to be able to check in and out on my phone.

There were no chairs on the balcony in our room. I was a little disappointed because I paid extra for that specific balcony room. If we really wanted chairs I'm sure we could have asked so not a huge deal. I wish there was more lighting in the room. There wasn't any overhead lights just the hallway light and lights next to the beds (which one of those was burned out). Again not a huge deal; just a little odd.

I absolutely loved this facility. Not only was the history super cool (former disco ball factory) but the decor, atmosphere and vibe were fabulous. I took advantage of the pool, coffee service and bar. I would love to stay here again and can't recommend it enough. Free street parking and an amazing area too!

Thin walls. Someone had a phone conversation that started before 6am and I could hear most everything clearly like he was in the next room...which he was but it was still louder than I thought it should've been.

I loved the Myriad hotel. I think the staff made my stay worth while. All the women who worked there were amazing, welcoming, and kind. I also the gentleman on the night shift, Fredrick (I think is his name) was helpful. The rooms where clean and comfortable, and being I visited during the hotter months I was so happy with the AC unit in my room. I also had the best mocktails from the bar. I didn't get to taste the food, but the vibe of the hotel is definitely vibing.

This hotel is brand new which gives you a very clean, modern and comfortable experience. The location is superb and so is the pool. That is a gem. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looked good.

Because it is brand new there are also some start-up issues: we had a very distinctive smell in the bathroom from the sewer. One handle bar in the bathroom came off. The safe in the drawer didn’t work. And what is really strange for a hotel like this is that we had to ask for new coffee supplies and toilet paper, no bins were emptied or towels on the floor changed. The people at reception were friendly and sort of helpful, but not very effectively.

The room was spacious and well designed. Bathroom too -- great shower head. I think there ere only three room being used on a Sunday night. Hope business picks up. It's a great space for the money. And a lot of places to walk including a neighborhood that is on the national historic record about 3 blocks away. Overall ambiance/feel-- very cool without being frenetic. Staff was very personable.

Just suggestions for improvement-- things I'd have liked.Menus from local establishments, even a bit farther afield.Bathrooms are great but with no grab bar in bath/shower I felt unsafe. The blinds should be reversed --at least on 1st floor-- so there's privacy from street and still can have light.

Wonderful hotel in a great location! Room was great, and overall vibe/design of the hotel is really interesting. The bar area and pool looked great, but didn't have a chance to actually use either so I can't really rate them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience overall!

The room had solar shades, but no additional blackout shade options. Since the hotel is on a busy street with a lot of lights (including the hotel light), it made sleep challenging without a sleep mask.

Hip. Clean. Good location. Staff was engaging.

There was insufficient hot water for the first 4 of 5 days. I said something and the final day there was sufficient hot water. The streaming tv took some getting used to Even the desk clerk did not know how to operate it. Otherwise I really liked the hotel and would return if I come back to this event.

the hotel was great. thw location was perfect, the room was large and accommodated 4 adults with 2 queen sized beds.

the factory vibe was great but our room overlooked the main road which is a heavily traveled road at night by really loud motorcycles. the windows haven't been replaced so it was very loud.

Wonderful location and super friendly staff. Comfy bed, clean room and “rare for this neighborhood” pool area with nice lounge chairs. Onsite restaurant and coffee/ cocktail lounge is a huge plus…do not sleep on the food & wonderfully original cocktails!!

Pool is small but that is not unexpected for this area.

Very nicely remodeled hotel. Restaurant was great and bartender was awesome! Pool area is very cool.

The shower did not work in our room but we called the front desk and they switched our room immediately so all was good.
