The staff were great and check-in was easy. The apartment was spacious enough for our needs and we managed to cook simple dinners each evening for ourselves in the kitchenette. We moved the pull out bed and cot to the bedroom so the living space had more room for the kids to play. The shower was really decent and we had plenty of hanging and shelf space for clothes. Everything was clean and we had room for the pushchair, boots, etc in the hallway. The Messe/Clara area was perfect. Several supermarkets and food outlets nearby, tram stops at the end of the road, and really close to the centre and my office. It's one tram to the main station for day trips and the area felt really safe.

We had to wait around half an hour to check in as the sofa in our apartment was damaged so a new one had to be assigned. The kitchenette had very limited and a slightly odd selection of equipment and utensils - some basics were missing but other less useful items were provided. I find that this is a bit of a theme with apartments though. The 'dining table' was a pull out desk. There were only 2 chairs so we also used the footstool and coffee table to sit on as there were 4 of us. One side of the double bed was quite uncomfortable. It had a dip in the mattress that was unavoidable but since we have small children we don't really get to sleep well anyway!

We liked their kind approach. All the staff was so nice and helpful. Especially the breakfast they serve was quite good and had a great variety and the Basel Card they gave us helped us a lot for free transportation and to enter some of the museums in a half price. The room included everything that we needed like ironing, cloth drying system etc. Thank you for every thing 😇

There is just a tiny thing. They didn’t have the radiators in their rooms, but when we said that, they immediately solved our problem and gave us an electric heater and it made the room warmer.

I got upgraded to a bigger appartment. Appartment new or freshly renovated, good curtains to black out the room completely during the night. Big fridge, well equipped kitchen Excellent location with easy access to bars, museums,... many buses and tramways to travel in Basel and even to France and Germany Friendly staff The transportation pass came very handy Reasonable price

-I missed having an electric plug in either the bathroom or the toilet -For some reason the bin did not have a lid (or I did not find it), so my trash got smelly toward the end of the week

It's always great to visit your hotel. I come here every 2-3 months for delegation. I especially enjoy the fact that I have a studio with kitchen and fridge which is very helpful as I am on a diet and like to prepare meals by meself. * What's also great is that I don't have to come to the reception for ironing board and iron itself everytime I want to iron my shirts for work as it's on a basic setup of each studio. * It is also really nice from design point of view which allows me to record some of my youtube videos in the evenings. It's always clean and rooms welcome you with a lot of towels :) * And most importantly!... Studios give you a feeling of home so you can feel more relaxed and free as you stay in the hotel (which is really appreciated during business trips) :D * PS And the location is great!

The room is big enough, the service is good. Especially free offered coffee is great. Kitchen is so much better than we expected and any other Airbnb accomodation. They offer all necessary things including microwave, a big refregirator, even a dish washer and all cutlery.

The light under the shelves in the kitchen was not working. We didn't cook for long so didn't ask for fixing but our first impression was not excellent. The bed compared to other hotels(3 stars) or accomodation is worse. It was a okay-level, not really comfortable.

The apartment had everything we needed and more. Even a dishwasher and coffee machine! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Supermarket along the road was perfect. The location was ideal for the Basel Tattoo - only 5 mins walk. Everything else was nearby with a short walk or free tram ride, the river only 5 mins away. Plenty to see and do. Fast and free wifi. Good value for money.

Rooms could have been cooler, there was no air conditioning but a different type of air system. It was fine if we opened the windows at night and made sure curtains were shut during the day. This suited us but several guests were finding it difficult.

This has been my second stay.I really love this place . The main reason for this is the staff.They are all so friendly and helpful from morning to night and would do anything for you. You always get some fresh fruit and a pastry snack at reception which makes you feel welcome every day. The apartment has everything you need for cooking your own meals. It's very well equipped and you can get any additional electrical items you need at reception. The bed is very comfortable and the place is very clean . Good location with supermarket and vegetable shop 1 minute away

Excellent location with compact and very well designed practical, clean apartments that are more than enough for a city break. Little sensible details and comfy beds. Reception are lovely, there's a "library" of items from board games to a fondue set you can borrow for free, hotel is well soundproofed and in a clean quiet street centrally located

Breakfast is steep at an extra CHF24 but not bad for Switzerland!

The room was spacious, and I appreciated that it had sockets compatible with more than just Swiss plugs, making it convenient for me to use my laptop. The location was excellent, with plenty of options for restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, allowing me to store my luggage in their storage room until my taxi arrived. Check-in was quick, and everything was clean. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Additionally, the Basel Card they provided was extremely useful and helped me a lot during my first few days in the city.

The receptionists were very helpful. They were well prepared with maps on which they marked Christmas markets and the closest trams. They also provided Basel cards which were helpful when moving around the city. The room was big, tidy and included a kitchenette ( the kettle, combined with the tea bags from reception kept us warm). Also there are other appliances in the lobby that you could borrow. The buffet breakfast was quite diverse (having the option to make fresh orange juice was appreciated).

No room cleaning during our 4 nights stay ( they let us know this when we did the check-in)
