The location was great! We went to see the cherry blossoms on UW campus. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk away. Lots of dinning a couple of blocks away. Room was very clean!
The worst coffee in the both the room and lobby that I have ever had. Brown water. The room had a Keurig machine which normally is good, but the cheap knock off pods were terrible. I had to get dressed and leave the hotel to get a decent cup of coffee.

Rooms were well furnished, comfy, and clean. There was coffee in the mornings, and pineapple treats in the afternoon. Good location, a short walk from the main restaurants in U District, and the Train line which then gets you straight into the centre.
A shame there is no breakfast provided, but at least there was some coffee and take out cups down in reception. It could have been helpful to have takeaway cups in your room, but thats only a small thing.

We really enjoyed the location. There was a good walking distance to the link and food restaurants. The hotel room felt clean and comfortable. We Also really liked the stand shower and the shampoo. There was also good tv channels and had access to YouTube. We enjoyed a lot complementaries that were given to us. Free water bottle, access to filtered water, coffee in our room, cookies in lobby, and coasters 1 per guest to trade in for a snack or drink. Staff is very friendly and get’s to your needs.
The parking is compact so bringing a small car is ideal. There is no complimentary breakfast but for one us it bother that much. There was no microwave in our room, it was located in the lobby. It would be nice to have in the room, we at least had a fridge. The WiFi kept kicking us out when using. Had to keep entering in room info each time to be able to use WiFi.

I booked this hotel because it was the closest in my price range to my nephew's apartment. The bed was comfortable, the room was the perfect size for one person and well-appointed (fridge, TV, bathrobes, big bathroom, etc), and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will rebook on my next visit!
There was a slightly odd 'nakedness' theme that I didn't "get"--involving the duvet, bathrobe, and "do not disturb" signage--which I noted and wondered about, but essentially ignored. (I'm a shrink by profession!)

I had a medical appointment at UWMC. This place is fairly close but it has free parking if you tell them it’s for a medical appointment. And there is a shuttle right across the street that takes you to UWMC or Harborview. Runs often. Totally green. Everything has a pineapple theme including towels that are embossed with them. Some nice perks like a free water bottle, coffee or tea and cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. Close to Portage Bay Cafe for breakfast and University Ave is walking district with lots of good restaurants.

A little over the top on the pineapple theme. It cheapens the overall vibe. The duvet was too heavy with no option to swap out for a lighter one. The room was very clean, with good linens and towels. The lobby area needs a refresh - vinyl furniture is extremely worn to the point of looking uncomfortable to sit on. Staff is fantastic

We stayed at this hotel while visiting UW. It was a great location and we were happy we could park there. Although the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, there was a fantastic cafe next door. We thought the beds were very comfortable and loved that they came with 2 sets of comforters (so soft) on each bed so you don't have to share (great for families!). We also liked that we were able to walk to several different restaurants from the hotel at night.

I was confused and parked in the wrong lot for these two Pineapple properties a block apart - after a long drive, a lot of traffic and construction in the area - but the staff in both hotels kindly sorted it out so I didn't have to move my car or room. I was able to rush put to the Cherry Festival and wonderful Burke Museum (on foot, easy walk) because they just untangled my debacle with a smile and great kindness. These Pineapple hotels in the Seattle University District are our go-to, and we are never anything but relieved and happy to check in. Central near campus and medical facilities. North of Seattle for people headed to Canada, as we often are.

Place is clean. Concierge allowed us to store our luggage until it was time to check in. Beds are comfortable, there's even bath robes to use. I wasn't expecting a pool on premise. Guest were allowed to pick a complimentary drink.
It would be nice if breakfast was offered. Not the cheapest place to stay in but was close to U of Washington. Apart from a restaurant nearby, you basically have to drive or Uber to get to places.

The room was quite spacious and clean. I would say that the double bed is not that big for two people, but very well enough for one person. The windows are not soundproofed, so during the day, you can hear quite a lot of what happens outside and the cars and buses passing by. Luckily, the street is very quiet at night, so I didn't feel disturbed by noises while sleeping. The TV has a lot of channels. The bathroom is well-equipped. I didn't really use the coffee machine, but the microwave came in handy, as well as the safe. The hotel is very well located. There is a bus stop across the street with two bus lines going to downtown Seattle. Also, within a 7-minute walk, we have a Link Light Rail station. From there, within 20 minutes, we are in downtown Seattle. The frequency of the buses and light rail is very good, even during the weekend, so I recommend you purchase the daily regional pass with your ORCA card.
I have nothing major negative to point out.
