Near the airport. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was OK with a variety of food to choose from . The staff supervising the breakfast were very sweet and helpful.

I thought it was expensive for this hotel. The hotel is dated and in need of some refurbishment. The night staff was absent and then lacked in enthusiasm. I arrived late after a long day of travel and was annoyed to find I had to pay for the car park on an app. Maybe, I am old school, but the carpark should be included in the price of the hotel and billed on the invoice without customers having to pay for parking on an insecure WiFi at reception. After traveling for 24 hours, this didn’t bring a smile to my face.

The spacious room with two queen beds, an armchair with ottoman, desk, microwave, mini fridge, a Keurig coffee maker and a normal sized bathroom was extremely comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful, including a free shuttle service (you have to call to get picked up, but there are fix times to get taken to the airport).

I wish there would be gluten free options on the dinner menu. Other hotels for example have burger bun substitutes, or they will have corn chips with guacamole or salsa for appetizers.

Beautiful. We loved the bar and the easy snack area for self check out.

Where was the pool? It was funny because we couldn’t find it. We were on layover so it was late and we couldn’t use it anyway but it was weird to see the sign but not find it. Also- would have been nice for a free continental breakfast- self serve. No worries- the 5 hours we spent were very pleasant. Thanks so much!

This hotel is located in a business park environment. There is no information indicating that the hotel charges for parking. I understand downtown locations. However, for this location it is simply price gouging and Booking.com should list this on its website. The hotel does not rebate the parking fee for guests - even HH members.

Beautiful hotel close to where we needed to go in Charlotte. Room was nice and the facilities were great. The breakfast situation was confusing, as it appeared to be a continental type of breakfast but it was not free. A fee also had to be paid for parking, but it wasn’t expensive…$10, I think. Overall, our stay was great.

Close to the airport

The shower doors rollers are out of level and the doors would not stay shut. The shuttle driver was extremely rude. The gentleman that scheduled us for the shuttle told us that shuttle leaves for the airport at 7:30. We went down to breakfast at 7:00 and the shuttle was leaving. Once again the shuttle driver was extremely rude.

The hotel was spotless. It is modern. I arrived quite late in the night so wasn’t able to use the restaurant. I was made to feel welcome. I’m glad I chose this hotel even though I only spent 12 hours there I felt it is worth the price. The only downside was it was advertised as breakfast included on Booking.com but when I enquired I would have to pay. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast because I had a plane to catch. Had a little toast to take away. The shuttle service also was good. If I was to ever go to Charlotte again I would probably go here.

I liked everything

Super clean, wonderful staff, close to the airport! Even with staffing issues the front desk and notably the shuttle service went over and beyond to get sure each and every guest was taken care of and made their flights!

I had a quick overnight so didn’t get a chance to really explore or utilize all amenities- but everything I did use was great!

Nice place and location

All the floors other than the carpet was soo sticky. I mentioned it to the lady when we checked in and she said they just mopped. I don’t know they mopped with… but that was just gross. I even apologized for how my shoes sounded to someone walking by and they mentioned the same thing. The floors were just sticky. Other than that we loved the place and great staff!

Location was good and close to the airport which was important to us.

We had to pay for parking. I don’t think I have ever been charged for parking at a hotel that is of this level. I don’t know if I missed that in the booking process but I was shocked.
