There's no electric lift. There's no water rinse.

The location is perfect, the staff friendly, Jimmy helped us with all: parking, luggage and later feeded us with local cuisine, which surprised us a lot and was super delicious. We tried pizza too all was awesome as they use only Italian ingridients 🤤 The prices were very low, like 10€ max for pizza, dessert and tea 🫣 My room was double bed, super spacious and comfy, only have missed the bright light, but thats all. They dont have the elevator. Kindly recommend this place for others.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I have tasted the most delicious breakfast here. Everything in the restaurant was of high quality and cleanliness. The location is very convenient. My huge thanks to the staff - they were polite, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I had a small issue with the air conditioner in my room, they promptly moved me to a family suite. I would love to stay here again and again! :)"

The room was spacious, clean and had a good working AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions/requests and speak good English. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices and traditional and western food to choose from. The location is perfect, just two minutes walking from the boulevard and five minutes walking from the city center with all the shops and busstop. We could leave our bags at the reception after checking out to explore the town more. Highly recommended hotel!

I had the best time staying at Gega, the location was perfect for taking public bus and going sightseeing. AC and WIFI worked well. Room was smallish, but comfy and silent, I could sleep without issues. Staff were really amazing. If cant find any other reason, then stay at Gega just for breakfast buffet, it is like a feast, I have not seen such a wide selection of food anywhere else so far for such price. Thank you!

Clean and in a good location, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of town. Room was quiet and wifi reasonable (dropped out sometimes, and not super fast, but worked well enough). Breakfast was excellent - a buffet with eggs, meat, bread, pastries, fruit, cereals, etc. Overall, it was great value.

Parking was just street parking outside the hotel, which wasn’t always available. We were given a twin room when we had booked a double. No significant issues.

We went to Berat for only 2 days and we really loved the city. I wish we'd gone for a little longer, since the city offers a lot to do in and around and it's a beautiful historical place with lots to do. Hotel is about 10 min walk from the main attractions of the city. The shower is amazing and the bed is spacious

Pillows weren't very comfy

Great little hotel, that had everything we needed. The staff are really nice and friendly, let us check-in even though it was really late, and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was included with our room selection, and the variety and quality of the breakfast was excellent. All in all, would recommend.

The room itself was a little small, but that didn't matter much since we were only there to sleep and spent the rest of the day traveling.

People working there are super nice and helped in making our stay in Berat an excellent experience. Room was good, breakfast had a lot of choices and the coffee was great.

The staff is very gentle and the breakfast is good. The bed was comfortable too.

It’s ok, I wouldn’t say I disliked something in particular. Maybe the shower it’s kinda tricky to use if you’re not used to see showers with multiple faucets.
