Excellent location near Duomo for exploring central areas of the city. Room was clean and very quiet. Staff was responsive and helpful with questions (but not on site, so requires some planning ahead).

Self-service check-in worked well with instructions provided via messaging in advance, but no staff on the premises, which also meant we had to leave cash in the room as payment for the city tax upon checkout. The welcome email was thorough and indicated that there was a small "lift" which is accurate and helpful for avoiding stairs, but only fits one person at a time if carrying luggage.

Very clean room and location was spot on, closer to main attractions than you think. Only a 18 minute walk from the train station if you are thinking of getting the train in. The breakfast at which comes with the room is at the end of the corner and it was great, staff where dead friendly

It's not an issue, but be mindful of the stairs going up. There is a lift that we use to put a suitcase and then send it up to the 3rd floor. Straight forward enough to do.

the room was very good, and a decent size for a city b&b. nice addition of the use of a communal kitchen. everywhere was spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided by the little restaurant a couple of doors down was very good, we also had evening meal there which was also very good. Florence is a lovely city and well worth visiting. Will certainly recommend the city & accommodation to people.

my only suggestion would be a mirror in the bedroom.

The property is in an excellent location with all the Duomo being a mere 5 minutes or so walk away, and the Pontevecchio no more than 15. Our room was simply furnished but with sufficient storage space for a 3 or 4 day stay. One bedside light wasn’t working but fixed the next day. Breakfast is served a short walk away in a friendly ‘osteria’ with plenty of local atmosphere. There are many dining options along this street.

Location was great - walking distance to many of the sites. Entry to building was simple. Room was comfortable and served our needs. Breakfast that was included for the bar down the street was excellent. Host was very responsive and accomodating, especially at check out where we had a little time between leaving the apt and catching the train. They held our luggage and when we returned we were able to just relax for a bit in the common area kitchen.

The location is perfect, in the middle of heart of Florence, walking distance to everywhere. The room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast organised at the cafe 50m up the road was excellent. Really nothing to complain about, all was really good.

Nothing, everything was great. Host was very accommodating, and the check-in was seamless. Really no complaints, would stay there again.

Loved the location right in the heart of things of this gorgeous city. It really feels like you are in Florence, bells and all. Nice big room, huge comfortable bed. Double glazing on windows if you feel like peace and quiet from the busy but quaint small street below. Fabulous restaurants nearby. Wonderful vibe on this little street Canto Dei Servi, which runs right up to the amazing Duomo. You won't regret staying here!

Location is amazing, very close to Duomo and other attractions. Place was small but very clean .Manager Daniela was very pleasant and cooperative .We had accident with AC in the room , it was leaking water terribly, I contacted Daniela and problem was fixed next day , AC worked fine since .The only thing we had no iron and ironing board in the room , I had to ask for it .

This was the only place we stated in all of Italy that there was nothing wrong about anything - everything was perfect! The location is close to everything central. There is parking nearby (make sure to reserve ahead). The breakfast provided at a nearby cafe is fresh and the perfect size to start the day. The staff is attentive and really care about you (they found our passports we accidentally left behind one day and called us immediately). Everything was clean and everything was provided to make the stay convenient, including the kitchen and bathroom supplies. If you choose here, you can feel confident of a very pleasant stay.

Lovely clean room with a touch of history. Location is close to everything. Walking out the front door and just seeing the cathedral of Santa Maria peeking from down the street. Breakfast was lovely and the guys working at the cafe were super nice. Even has a small elevator so you dont have to walk up the stairs.
