We had a lovely stay at Antica Fenice. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly — especially the young man at the reception who was attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel was well-equipped for families. We traveled with our 1.5-year-old baby, and the room had a nice baby bed ready for us, which made things much easier. The location is also very convenient: just a 15-minute direct bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop very close to the hotel. It’s also just 15 minutes by bus to the airport. The hotel has a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee — a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free stay near Venice!

Cute small hotel in an excellent location. The perfect spot for a few days of enjoying Venice especially when traveling by car. Free and safe parking and a bus stop very close by are the perfect set up of convenience and fast transport to Venice. We bought a Venice card which we used for bus and boat transport. The owners are very nice and helpful. Beautiful garden and terrace. Our room in the garden house was very small, but allright for one night, but next time I would choose a larger one.

Breakfast needs some improvement.

We only had it as a stopover spot, but was a perfect location, and I think it is ideal for setting off to explore Venice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and feels homey with a beautiful back garden that is like a real oasis. Breakfast is okay with a nice selection.

The road was very noisy with heavy traffic even at late night. But there is ac in the room so you have some options. Shower block was so small I could hardly turn around.

Barbara was super accommodating and nice. She received us after check in hours and the check in itself was quick and easy. We received all the explanations we needed as well as a drink. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great and the shower was spacious. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast was great. The room was quiet even though there’s a highway outside. The hotel is close to the airport (10 min bus ride) and to the bus station. Perfect spot

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very nice, they always try to make the stay very comfortable and adapt quickly to a few languages (italian, english and spanish). Breakfast was nice and the outdoor spaces amazing. They facilitate the bus ticket so you can go around easy. The area doesnt have much but you have a super market at front of the space ( Lidl) and bus stop. Super easy to get to anywhere such venice island, other areas by, train station and more. Facilities all worked, including the AC which was perfect! When I come back, I will definitely book this hotel again

The only tiny thing was that the small fridge doesnt really work or don't have enough power to cool food/drinks. This is still not very important as the rest was really 5 stars service from all. Really appreciate everyone working there and all the lovely chat, recommendations, welcoming and more.

Location is perfect. So close to bus stop and very easy to go to old city. Also Barbara helps you to get the bus tickets :) You can park your car in the parking space and there is a gas station next to the hotel. Lidl is acroos the road. Rooms are a little bit small but you do not need to spend your time in the room because there is a lovley garden to rest . Barbara gives you all the info you need about your stay and very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. The location, while just outside Venice, was perfect—only a 10-minute bus ride to the heart of the city, with a bus stop conveniently right outside the hotel. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-connected stay.

We enjoyed every second of our stay here, thanks to the attentive staff. The property's location just outside central Venice makes it great value for money, while allowing guests to reach both Venice and the airport in only 10 minutes. Special mention to the lovely host Michela who was very attentive and made us feel like home! She kindly accommodated our late check-in and we also received advice about things to see and were able to buy bus tickets from reception. The breakfast was also very good and was served in a lovely outdoor terrace.

Beautiful area and hotel itself, nice and clean room, nice outside area (in the backyard) where you can eat breakfast or just chill, close bus station (2-3 min), Lidl store (1 min). So all needed in very close proximity. Very nice staff - informed us about how to get to Venice, the closest cafe (perfect cafe - pizzeria Color), they have bus and vaporeto tickets to get to Rome.

Everything was good

The best place we stayed at on this trip of Italy. Michela and her Daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. Every detail was perfect. Amazing breakfast. Really good air-conditioning , wifi was fast. Most importantly it was the warmth and welcoming approach of Michela and her daughter. Whenever back in Rome, this will be home. A mention for Jaluka as well, for his service. The Bus was a 8 min ride into central venice. Michela had the tkts for us. Bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel.
