The room was good, carpetting in the main section, beds comfortable and clean, shower good. Breakfast was good, varied each day from sausage(which was very tasty)or bacon and eggs, to waffles, various cereals, toast, bagels, yogurts and various jams. A big thank you tou Jennifer at breakfast for her friendlyness. Paul on the desk when we arrived and the young lady on the desk in the afternoons, sorry never got your name but helped me sign in to the Best Western reward program,all a credit to your company.

If i could be petty sausage gravy at breakfast and a staffs knowledge of the local bus service would have been good, luckily i had the uber app. Local bar would have been good.

The hotel was very close to the highway W40 that we needed and we parked right at ground floor in front of our room. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked really well in this hot weather. Bonus was hotel located next to an excellent and reasonable Mexico restaurant. We ordered a takeout and just walked to the next door of hotel entrance to pick it up, super nice!! We will stay here again on the way back.

The floor wasn’t clean, but I understood we had a pet friendly room. We just had to wash our dog after this trip.

The location was great, easy to get back to I40. The room was larger than most , 2 sinks in the bathroom. Very clean. Parking right outside the door , easy to unload and reload in the morning. Air conditioner was quiet . Breakfast was good lots to choose from and well presented. The pool was old but very clean the water was a good temperature.

The rooms are pet friendly, but there is little space to walk the dog to potty. I did find some green space at the far end of the building. Once again Booking.com failed to notify I was travelling with a pet and requested a ground floor room, so there were additional charges.

The hotel is easily accessible, clean, has plenty of pillow, towels and kleenex. The pool is large, and water is cold for those hot days. There is a Mexican restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel, that is large, has great staff and delicious food. It was nice to check in, hang out a pool, then simply walk to the restaurant to eat.

They really need to update the chairs at the pool area, you are sitting on metal when you utilize them. The breakfast area was clean but there is not enough food put out, and no one is circulating to check the quantities. When the worker did come out and was told about there being no milk, no eggs, no biscuits, and no sausage or bacon, she continued to wipe the counter and did not try to replenish the food, so we opted for Hardees on day 2.

I got a ground floor walk-in room which made it easy to unload my motorcycle. The room was very clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. They have a decent fitness room and a nice pool. The included breakfast was one of the better ones I've had on this trip. There is a Mexican restaurant on the property and the food was quite good. Other types of restaurants were close by. They gave me rags to wipe the bugs off my bike.

No complaints.

Obviously a very recent renovation as everything looked new. The room was very clean and the carpet showed no wear at all. Towels and linens also appeared new and were large and absorbent. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good with hot scrambled egg patties and hot bacon, various prepackaged Danish, yogurt and four flavors of Gluten Free cereal. The latter was a really unexpected and appreciated item as I have celiac disease.

If I could fault anything, the shower had reduced water pressure, although it was adequate. I don't know if this is a local requirement for water conservation

Nicely updated motel. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable, which we really appreciate. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay as we were passing through.

The bathroom smelled very smoky. Not sure if someone had recently smoked in there or was smoking next door but it was rough. We kept the door closed and the fan running and it did smell better the next morning.

Property was very clean and neat. The rooms were large and it even had a double sink in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The lady at breakfast was very friendly and did an excellent job of keeping items available and area clean. There is even a restaurant on the property which came in handy after a long day on the road.

Ice machine was out of order, otherwise nothing else to say.

We had a King room with a comfortable chair and footstool on the ground floor. There were double sinks and the bath area had been newly tiled. It was nice being able to park the car right outside the door, as we were only staying one night. We also enjoyed the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. There was a good selection for breakfast, including gluten-free cereal.

Nothing!

The breakfast was quite varied. Hot and cold options, and very happy there was fresh fruit. Room was nicely appointed, good toiletries. Very good Mexican restaurant right outside.

The only negative was the musty "hotel smell". Also, the online photo was inaccurate and we couldn't tell that it was a motel rather than a hotel. The listing heading stated hotel, but that was probably the fault of the booking site rather than the motel itself.
