We did not take advantage of the breakfasts, so I can't comment. We DID see others enjoying breakfast and it looked delicious. Best parts: The room was good sized, the bathroom had a bathtub, the minibar was always filled, the windows opened onto the street, the coffee maker allowed us to have coffee when we awoke. But MOST enjoyable were the staff. Alex (front desk) was lovely, accommodating, and fun to talk to. There was another staff member who usually deals with reservations. He was also accommodating and informative. The cleaning staff was just lovely.

We did not have robes in the room, and we learned late that we could ask for them. We were not provided with wash cloths; these should be part of the bathroom accessories. We ran out of toilet paper! There should be ample toilet paper at all times

Located on a quiet street not far from the shops/restaurants and sites we visited. The staff were very helpful about recommendations where to eat and made reservations. They also called a cab for us because it was too late to use one of their four shuttles. We should have asked for the shuttle on the second or third day of our stay instead of the day before. The shuttle was the way to go. Most cab driver these days do not assist with luggage after exiting the cab.

The room was too dark even with all the lights on and the room was hot and stuffy. Had to leave the window open a couple of hours each night to cool the room down even though it was winter. The thermostat is set at a certain temperature. The breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs. Good thing there were hard boiled eggs to eat instead. The bed needs a new mattress.

Lovely, old world boutique hotel in the perfect location of the 6th arrondisement, near St Germaine des Prise and the Latin Quarter. Many bistros, cafes and shops right outside your door. It is a small hotel with less than 15 rooms, very few modern amenities which adds to its charm. It is air conditioned and good air circulation in the room. Beds were comfortable and look new. There is a small fridge and coffee maker, which were helpful. Tight elevator. Very clean. Tub is narrow, but shower works great. We enjoyed staying here for 6 nights. Very helpful staff. Merci!

The tub/shower is not handicap accessible, so may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Perhaps they have a handicap room in the hotel.

The hotel was very convenient to the metro which we relied on to visit the sites in Paris. The neighborhood had a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and the hotel provided us with a list of recommended places to eat. The day manager, Willy, could not have been better. He was very helpful in making reservations for us and for guiding us to the type of place we wanted each day, fancy, casual, seafood, etc. Willy really made our stay special.

Willy was great but on his days off, we found the service declined considerably.

It was the perfect place to stay in Paris - a little oasis to come back to each day. The staff are amazing, so very helpful and kind, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and provide space to relax. We really appreciated the recommendations for excellent local restaurants too! And of course the location was amazing - so many fabulous sights within walking distance and the Metro so close as well. It’s easy to love Paris when staying somewhere this lovely.

Can’t think of anything!

This small, boutique hotel is located in the Best area. I could walk to most of the sites that I wanted to see and the narrow, quaint streets were filled with shops and truly wonderful restaurants. A Metro stop was close and so was the famed Shakespeare and Co Book Store. The staff made recommendations and reservations for me at the best restaurants. I was greeted every morning by name and a lovely breakfast. A shout out to the terrific service by Willi, Guilliem, Alexander and Romuald who provided me with exceptional care, good directions and kindness. All of them spoke very good English. My room was very big and super clean. I plan to return and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is on a small, narrow street and, the sky was gray and gloomy, the room was a little dark. Not really an issue since I was out enjoying Paris most of the day.

Position! Comfortable and easy access to all of tourist attractions. Quiet but close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance

The two french gentemen on reception are true professionals. Helpfull are ready to solve any situation to meet your needs. The location is briliant. Large rooms. Comfy beds.

Well while I like hotels with atmospehere and sometimes it is going on the edge of knife, unfortunatelly here it already fell of the edge. It looks bit too tired and used. I am sorry to say that because quite a bit is missing but at the moment it was rather shady feeling that left in me. For the lightsleepers all the rooms are interconnected with next room.

The rooms are large, with a king size bed which is unusual for Paris. The decor in the rooms and the lounge area is very well done. The location is excellent, easy to get to via metro, walking or taxi, with lots to see and do nearby and many, many restaurants and cafes to chose from. The reception staff (24 hours) were very friendly, helpful and excellent to deal with.

The lift is small and it was out of service when we arrived (unfortunately some people got a bit excited about their rugby result and jumped up and down in it), which was a bit tricky but the excellent receptionist helped us with our bags. We had an interconnecting room (with someone we didn’t know) and we could hear quite a bit from their room through the door.

Location was outstanding - a quiet, pretty street but only steps away from all the action of St Germain- very close to the Seine and St Michel Metro. Staff were excellent - particularly Willy who welcomed us on arrival and spoke excellent English. Very responsive - the hotel had compiled a a really good a list of restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby which were excellent. The lift was not working when we arrived so Willy sent us across the road to the bar of their sister hotel where we were offered free drinks and snacks while we waited for 30 mins for the lift to be fixed - I thought this was impressive from a service point of view. We got two connecting room for ourselves and our two children. Rooms were very spacious with good aircon. We didn't take breakfast but I saw people having it - and it looked really good.

Property photographs very well and decor is nice but the fittings are tired, particularly the bathrooms - looks like it could do with a renovation. The floor tiles in the lift were broken. For this reason I would say that the property is quite expensive for the price although I expect that the location (which is very very good) probably accounts for the price. I don't know that I would say it was quite 4 star but we did really enjoy our one night stay there.
