I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Sayeed, the receptionist at this hotel, and I must say he made my stay exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Sayeed greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. His knowledge of the area and recommendations for local attractions were spot on. Sayeed truly embodies the spirit of excellent customer service and is a fantastic person.. Thank you sayeed for making my stay unforgettable

My reservations were canceled, but the front desk clerk checked me in as a walk-in guest. The room was decent overall but could use some upgrades. Initially, I was a bit worried about staying here because of the reviews I had read. However, when I arrived at the property, I didn't notice anything wrong. My fiancée mentioned that if I had high expectations, this place might not be suitable for me. I agreed with her; if you manage your expectations, you should be fine here.

I had a problem with the room and the staff was very responsive and handled the situation very professionally. The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a very nice place. I recommend staying on the second level if you are able to take stairs.

There is a full kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, which is great, but my room did not have plates, dishes, pots, pans, so just bring paper plates, forks etc.

The room was decent and at the same time it was clean! Faranza at the front desk did a fantastic job of helping as well! From activating my room keys when they deactivated on me to providing class A attentive service and helping me find good places to eat while I was stay in Richmond she exhibited what any corporation or any establishment should expect from their staff! Professionalism, kindness, and attentive service was shown throughout the entire my stay.

We recently stayed here after our house caught on fire )and it couldn't have been any better. Dawn at the front desk, was kind and considerate and made our stay exceptional. She went out of her way to accommodate us and I will always be grateful. I now recommend this hotel to anyone I know who needs to come to Richmond for a few days. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was cleaned. No complain at all . Satisfied.

We stayed one night and it was always very convenient off of I-64 and close to a real nice area called Short Pump Town Center that had a beautiful outdoor mall with many stores and restaurants. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk who directed us to where our room was .He was there all night and always pleasant and helpful when we were passing through . Very friendly.

When i reached my reservation got canceled but front desk person checked me in but he gave me complimentary upgrade 2 bed room cause they were sold out . I took that opportunity cause I was so tired and had to attend my meeting with my coworkers. Room was not bad and also clean . Just want to share if you high expectations that hotel is not for you . This hotel is budget hotel . Do not expect high anything you will be dissapoined.

When I reached there it's already midnight almost 3 am . Front clerk was not able to check us in but he did created for us as a walking reservation cauae of we request him . It's midnight and drove almost 8 hours plus we had pet with us. In the case front clerk gave us access and finally we are able to checked in .our room was clean and hotel seems like very quite .

When I was showed up at the property I ask a favor to the front desk person if they can gave me a cheaper rate . Front clerk called the manager and ask manager permission and gave me cheaper rate and gave me access as a walking . Great service sometimes you barely get that good guest service .Talking about cleanliness room was clean no issues .

We needed a place to stay temporarily 1 night until our new house could be completed. We also have a puppy which made matters more complicated. The hotel was just wonderful. Great friendly staff willing to please. The beds were very comfortable. . We really enjoyed our stay .Great location close to shopping area. We highly recommend.
