Myself and my partner stayed here last night (7/6/25) and we were straight away greeted by Lisa who was so welcoming,helpful and very friendly! The room was absolutely outstanding so so beautiful and very clean, we then went into the restaurant and bar and ordered food, again Lisa was such a brilliant host. The food was gorgeous 10/10!! couldn't fault anything at all and we will 100% be booking again very soon! thank you again for everything and being so welcoming.

Nothing at all, it was all perfect.

- Lovely hosts -- Kostas met us on arrival, gave us recommendations for food shops, eating out, and buses into Seaham, and offered to sort out covers for the kitchen windows if the room was too bright. - Cosy but well-laid-out accommodation - Great shower -- and good shampoo, shower gel, towels & flannels provided - A really comfy bed (firm but not hard) - Good electric oven & grill with trays - Neat open wardrobe with shelves in the corner - Close to supermarkets and bus stop into Seaham

- Self-catering facilities were a bit hit & miss -- cutlery & crockery was ok, there were a couple of saucepans and a good large frying pan, but I only got 2 of the hob rings working reliably, and if I went again I would take oven gloves, a can opener, cooking/serving utensils (there was only 1 wooden spoon) and maybe a chopping knife. - The room was a bit bright for our taste -- there are 2 layers of grey curtains but they're a little thin, we ended up hanging our clothes over the top from the curtain rail.

The property owners Lijie and Kostas who live on site were exceptional. The room & facilities was good value for the money. We also dined at the Albion Pub restaurant, Lisa the Pub manager was also amazing, the food was great.

Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, lots of space! Very quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep. Both rooms had well equipped kitchens so cooking would have been very easy if we'd needed to. We were impressed and the rooms were better than expected and very cheap!

Nothing, everything was fab.

The owners couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. We arrived hungry and tired, we were able to get food from the restaurant, (amazing pizzas) delivered to our room within 20 mins. Throughout our stay they were very friendly. The inn is really close to a great beach walk.

There was no travel cot available so we had to transport our own down from Scotland.

Lovely host, we are very satisfied with the service and warm welcome. Property is very nicely maintained, we liked the way how it is arranged, all fully equipment. Nice spacious room with big bed, nice stay for relax. We really recommend it! There is a pub next door where you can eat. Shops within walking distance but it's much easier to get around by car.

The house is situated near the road

This was a great base for the night. Just a few moments away by car from Seaham beach, and 10 minutes from Sunderland. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen clean. Kostas was a great host; he met us when we arrived, which was really easy to arrange, and showed us around the apartment and gave us some local info. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and spacious and right next door to the pub/restaurant which serves amazing Italian food. Staff of the restaurant, as well as owners of the apartment, were amazing and very accommodating. Would recommend this property for a small group. Fully equipped kitchen Tv with lots of channels. Great value for money.

A perfect stop-off for hiking the Durham Coastal Path. This charming and spacious ground-floor apartment has everything you could need. Comfortably big enough for a family of four. The curtain partition is a brilliant touch. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and accommodating.

No negatives. It couldn't have been better.

Very good - clean and comfortable and only 10 minutes from city centre by bus or taxi. I stayed alone but plenty of room for 4 people.

Breakfast option would have been good but nothing wrong with the place at all. Would definitely stay there again.
