The room was very big and was comfortable, "however " the only thing was there was no coffee and tea in the room and yes I know about the communal kitchen but when your in your underwear and wanting to have a coffee in bed it's a little bit of a pain to get dressed and make the coffee lol ,yes I know it's a little precious of me to complain about that but if I need to complain about anything it's the only thing that I can think of ,also a couple of extra pillows wouldn't go amiss .in completion we would definitely stay again ,thanks to everyone who works there

Katie was and I trust she is always welcome coming to all clients. She was compassionate, calm, cheerful and made me stay at your hotel. Value her me, it is rare to retain such staff.
My room has no window(s) which open, you are at risk of condensation re breed infections for clients, worse still for domestic staff who do their best to maintain high quality service.. You can liaise with the planning departments to have even one sliding window which I suppose would not affect the character of the property (grand Hotel)

It was close to everything and they had a courtesy bus that dropped us at the venue and picked us up. The staff were great. The restaurant staff were not that friendly but the food was good.
It was noisy with patrons slamming doors and yelling and screaming throughout the night. Terrible sleep. But it is a pub so didn’t expect too much in Regards to sleeping

The room I stayed in was a very nice size with a queen bed, sofa and coffee table. Nice tv and good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed too. Selected a room with its own facilities and the bathroom was very nice, clean and the shower was great. Free parking at rear and food and drinks available downstairs in pub. Close to supermarket and coffee shops.
Occasional noise but to be expected as above pub.

The privacy of my room .... with a comfortable bed. An overhead fan. Also air-conditioning. Able to open the (two) windows. (When air con off, of course). A TV. Bedside table needs a lamp. Lots of car parking space. Next door to Coles in easy walking distance. A restaurant/bistro on the premises.
I had dinner there. All good actually. Although my vegetables and mash potato were actually served lukewarm. The broccoli, zucchini under cooked. I discreetly mentioned this to the waitress, in the hope the chef would be informed to the situation as other patrons were ordering similar meals to mine. The dessert was very satisfying .... overall I would still return, as we all have off days and my last meal there was delicious.

Newly renovated bathroom with tall ceilings was very appealing
There was no curtains on the windows just blinds so lots of light coming in while sleeping. No housekeeping so we needed to ask for fresh towels. Toilet leaked but very minor didn’t smell bad

I booked 3 rooms for family members, for an overnight stay. The rooms were of various sizes with 2/3 with renovated bathrooms. All rooms had ceiling fans, air-conditioning plus a window if fresh air was required. The beds were very comfortable.
Understand the rooms were upstairs of a pub, however, music till early hours could clearly be heard in the rooms upstairs. Common areas eg sitting room & kitchen still needs some work.

Swansea Hotel is very convenient for catching up with friends in the area. It is pub accommodation, however my room had been renovated and was excellent and very spacious. Alternatively, there are shared bathrooms with smaller bedrooms, however for $10 extra, I was very happy.
No kettle or coffee facilities in the room. There is a communal kitchen, however nothing to make coffee with. As I had stayed before, this time I came prepared.

The bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and easy going, Left the key at the desk and staff called to check where it was, was no issue at all. Air con worked a treat! Was a bed for the night and thats exactly what we wanted. 10minute drive from caves beach, 35minute drive to Newcastle.
Communal bathrooms 🚻 We stayed on Karaoke night and the lady or man definitely could not sing but wasn't too loud from the room.
