Loved the cocktails in the library and sitting by the pool relaxing at sunset.

The restaurant experience was absolutely awful - we sat on the patio for lunch and after ordering, we were ignored for the entire meal. No drink refills were offered, we asked for extra items that were never brought out and it took ages to track down a server to even get our bill. We also did not have silverware nor napkins at the table even once the food was brought out - we waited several minutes as the food was getting cold until they could locate them for us. Very disappointing for that price point - won’t eat in the hotel restaurant again.

seriously one of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. the attention to detail and the lovelyness and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding. especially trent who showed us around and mercedes at breakfast were very memorable! and the hotel is way more beautiful than the pictures.. ohh and it smells soooo lovely everywhere ♥️💪

I was incredibly impressed with the hotel staff. Everyone, from the valet to the front desk to the turn-down service, was fantastic. I especially loved that the concierge was so attentive but never felt intrusive. The ability to simply text them for questions or requests was a truly thoughtful touch.

Hotel was beautiful, service was excellent, restaurants and bar were great, great artisanal feel and design. Option of texting for service instead of calling was also great. The scents in the hotel was sophisticated and not cloying with happens in lots of other hotels.

Gift shop had tip option added to payment process which was a little odd.

I love the Hotel Emma! While so many hotels are no longer providing room service, the Hotel Emma is superior at offering outstanding food choices all day and night. The service is outstanding. The staff is always polite, prompt and super helpful.

We dined at the Emma Supper Restaurant and the service was wonderful but the food was INCREDIBLE! Party of four enjoyed 2 appetizers that were off the charts good and each one of us were completely overjoyed with dinner! Great menu! Some unusual offerings, we were so happy we tried the restaurant at the Emma! You won’t be disappointed!

The service is absolutely exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed, and no detail is missed. Every employee we came in contact with was professional, friendly, and vested in making our stay special. We are already planning a trip back.

Gym. Only one elliptical when they could fit at least two. With a 5 star hotel one would think they put some extra consideration when constructing workout facility. Anyone who works out could address this facility pretty easily

The whole atmosphere of the hotel exceeded my expectations! I would recommend a room with a balcony as it comes with a fireplace. We are planning on returning when the weather is cooler to take advantage of that.

Emma is right in the heart of the Pear district and exudes history, comfort and class. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional - food and drinks delicious and the bed was to die for. We will definitely be back to this hotel.
