The suite was really cute, I liked the separate bedroom, there was a queen bed in the bedroom, a full size in the common living room and a pull out couch, full size refrigerator, apartment size stove,and best of all .... It came with glass dishes and real silverware!!! None of the plastic stuff that breaks over all ...for the price point good solid 8 out of 10!!!!

There's not a lot to put here I would really have to not pick maybe at most.....some of the laminate was peeling that didn't bother me any and again for the price point I would never complain

Love this place very peaceful in it top it off that they let me have my dog for $25 extra I love these people and they're so good to me

Really nothing that I don't like everything was good other than the ice machine isn't working cuz it ain't vacation season yet LOL but I understand that great place I would refer to everybody prices are great people are great and nobody bothers you nice and quiet other than the laundry room if you're in room seven LOL that I love this place the housekeeper is a lovely lady so nice always smiles in the office people are great

The property was centrally located near a couple of beaches. The pool was clean and well kept. The parking outside our room was very convenient. The room was a bit dated and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. We used the pull out couch and it definitely could have used a good cleaning.

It was very hard getting up & down the stairs to our room because there was no railing. That was the major downfall. There were also cigarette butts left all around outside by our room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a couple really great conversations with the gm-she's lovely! As a solo traveler I felt safe on the property and overnight. Linens were plentiful and clean, bed was comfy. Others guests at hotel were also friendly-there is a cute fire pit/ grill area that guests are welcome to use. Close to everything so parked the car and rode the bike all 3 days. 30 minutes or less to Rachel Carson State Park, Wells Preserve, Marginal Way, Kennebunk etc.

The pool was closed, which was kind of a bummer, but it's late in the Season so maybe that's why? Corridor light was left on overnight-appropriate for safety, of course, but It did make for a bright room so I tacked a towel over the frosted glass door to dampen the light, no problem after that. More like nightlight vibes that way.

The room was rustic, but very clean and cottage-like. Very simple with no frills. Just what I was looking for, some peace and quiet, simplicity, and conveniently located near beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions. I grew up in S. Berwick and family had a cottage that is now a huge home. I missed the charm of that old cottage on Webhanet before it turned into a big 3 story monstrosity. This motel has that old charm I miss but is very well preserved and efficiently managed. Very polite attentive staff and owner. Thank you. I look forward to another peaceful getaway very soon!

The bathtub would not stay full due to some problem with water leaking inside the drain, but I managed to block it with a rubber glove. The internet was pretty slow and kept dropping and spinning when I tried to watch videos. I called and the owner reset it, but it was still a weak signal and not a lot of bandwidth. If you have a hot spot bring it along, or be prepared for slow page loads and wifi dropping off.

This was a quick 2 night get-away. The manager, was very, very nice. My wife asked for a hair dryer, an iron, and a shelf that was missing to our refrigerator to which he immediately supplied. Because the pool needed to be cleaned, he phoned a sister property just down the road and we went to that pool...also super nice and very nice, heated pool. This was not a fancy room. It was very clean, and the grounds were maintained. It's located on the main road and close to the beach.

I wished there were hooks to hang clothes on because there was no closet but other than that I'd say it suit our needs.

Although right on rte.1 my room was set back from road. My mother liked her lower level room and I liked having an upper level room.

Smoke from neighbor smoking on shared balcony infiltrated my room. I think smokers should have to be a certain distance from room.

It's was a great stay for our family. Close enough to the beach (20 min walk) and places to eat. Daniel, the receptionist, has great guest service and always has a smile he was very helpful. The housekeepers were very professional. The rooms were clean.

The location was perfect and price was great. Our room had a bath tub. The drain plug didnt work. But management was wonderful and fixed it for us. So we were able to use the bathtub for baths.

When booking the room you are giving a smoking or non smoking option. But it's not really an option. Non smoking only. I wanted Smoking. Also upon our arrive there was a altercation outside the room we booked, between a guest and the manager. The guest was intoxicated and attracted the manager. My boyfriend intervene and took a wooden pole away from the guest. Police were involved. Over all was not a good start to our stay.

I love the pool since the ocean is just too cold most days for me. Gives me the opportunity to swim with the kids. I love that I get to park right outside my room and I love the location!!

The wifi was really annoying. My kids and i all have devices and the network kept shutting us down. The beds are a bit uncomfortable. Wish I’d brought my own pillows to help.
