Very clean and comfortable room. Cute breakfast area and delicious choice, very handy to have a restaurant on site as nothing else around. We enjoyed a long walk to the city centre.

The reception staff aren’t super helpful or friendly

Breakfast was typical and most adequate. My room was spacious enough and as expected. Enough that 2 motorcyclists had room to move around and hang wet gear out of the way. I do think quite a few hotels in Europe struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated adult males. . The bar and restaurant was very pleasant and a good meal and a few beers were consumed. The lift made things easy with the motorcycling gear. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I would stay again.

WiFi was poor for streaming. I'm nit-picking really, we were only there for one night.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! This was true last year when we stayed there and again this year... the beds' perfect combination of firmness and softness allow for wonderful rest and sleep! The hotel is perfectly located between two beautiful parks with trails for walking through woods and by streams. A nearby bakery (Bäckerei Moss, about 5 minutes' walk down Adenaueralle) had some of the most delicious bread and pastries we had eaten in years! The staff are wonderful, thoughtful, friendly and professional... they got a taxi for us on our last day which was right on time. Our room had a sitting area outside facing the garden, and birds were singing outside. We loved our stay. Highly recommended!

Very good breakfast. As I was starting my bike trip very early, it was a great advantage for me that the breakfast was offered already since 6:30am. The room was spacious, very cosy and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. It was very calm, as windows were towards internal square. The lady at the reception offered to store my bike in the hotel underground parking. Relation of price to quality was really great. Overall, I recommend this place.

The bathroom is rather small.

This hotel is fabulous. Greeted by a lovely receptionist who also spoke French and English. Free parking and a lift. Nice size room with a balcony and good bathroom with a great shower. The restaurant was closed when we stayed so we walked into town (20min) and had our first Vietnamese meal. Walked back and fell into wonderful hugging beds. In the morning we went down for the inclusive breakfast that was amazing. We are already planning when we can come back and stay for longer to sample the restaurant and the wellbeing centre.

We have stayed at the Art Hotel several times, what can I say the staff are very friendly speak very good English, Breakfast has plenty to offer hot/cold, the rooms are always clean and fresh and the bed is comfortable.

Reason for not giving 10 is that parking is not plentiful, insufficient spaces for the number of rooms. You need to arrive early to ensure a space, having said that free parking is available alone the road, it is busy road and you may have a walk back to the hotel.

Don’t be deceived by the kerbside view of the hotel which is far from appealing, but, once you enter this small and friendly place your expectations will be realised. This is a small hotel where the staff all multi task to provide a friendly service, e.g. the lady that checked us in also sorted out a problem we had with the safe in our room and then waited on us for dinner in the evening. The rooms were average in size but adequate, had a small balcony that could seat two, spotlessly clean (including the shower), the beds were very comfortable, and included all the facilities we would normally expect, except there was no tea and coffee in the room? We ate in the restaurant which was bright, had a pleasant atmosphere and friendly. Although the menu on offer was of limited choice what we chose was very well prepared, very tasty, of good sized portions and overall was excellent value.

Parking on site is a little tight but adequate.

Our third stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient for access to the city where good restaurants are plentiful and easily found from the motorway. The room was bright and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful with plenty of choice.

There are no coffee making facilities in the room and it was not clear whether such beverages could be obtained at the bar.

A short but sweet stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept very well indeed. There was plenty of choice for breakfast (hot and.cold). .Free car parking also a bonus. We walked into the centre of Aachan which took around 40 minutes, stopped.along the way for coffee in Ferber Park cafe (Ferber's). Also worth visiting.

We have nothing .negative to say about our stay.at Art Hotel. Gold star for staff.
