Location good. Very easy check in, and extending stay. Beds comfy area roomy. Luggage area not so good most left by bed, can get s little congested! Showers good with room to move. Up flight of stairs and corridor stsirs to get to accommodation, then Up 4 flights of stairs to rooms. Kitchen very basic but OK.

Very strategic location, less than 1km to Kuching Waterfront. 7-Eleven is just across the homestay. The Hills Mall is next door. I love staying here because even though it’s called a homestay and I stayed in a dorm, the atmosphere is quiet. Other guests respect each other’s privacy. The dorm is cool, clean, and organized. It’s equipped with a pantry, a fridge, an induction cooker, and a water filter

My friend stayed in a private room, but he said it was a bit noisy due to karaoke sounds from a nearby club.

It was very noisy! There’s several bars that play extremely loud music until 3-4am. It was so hard to sleep because of it The showers water temperature was not warm (even after turning the heater on and setting the temperature to the hottest possible) No toilet paper in the bathroom (common in Malaysia but not ideal in my opinion) Not a very social place. No events. It’s a Homestay, not a hostel, bare that in mind. It is hard to meet people as a solo traveller.

Walking distance to restaurants, 7 eleven, Hilton Hotel. As its backpacker hostel, expect a little bit of noise. Advise to bring ear plugs and eye masks for better sleep. Drinking water is available, both hot and room temperature. Bed was comfortable. Locker is provided for personal belongings. Self check in and out. Very convenient.

Great hostel with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect, and there’s access to a kitchen and a pleasant shared area. One small suggestion: it would be nice to add a sofa or some extra comfortable chairs in the common area to make it even cozier. Big thanks for the warm hospitality! Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again.

just one thing; the top bunk does not have any railing to prevent falls; so if you are someone who may fear falling off the bed, please get the bottom bunk!

The place is great ! Good location , near to the river , restaurants and bars The beds are big and comfortable , clean place , the bathroom are quite good ! You can refill your bottle with the dispenser so thats great to avoid the use of plastic , even you have cups and hot water to make your coffee or tea ! 100 % recommend !

It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped, the location was good. There was also a tiny balcony. The Self Check In was very easy.

It was Self Check In, so there was no person who could give you advice for your stay. But there was information at the pinboard in the room.

Affordability and location. The place was able to accommodate our huge group of 30 people! We were out most of the day because of our event. It's a really nice place to descend to after a tiring day.

The fridge was a little stinky when we got there. But it subsided when we turned it on. A segment of our room was a little hot, so we had to borrow an electric fan for those who were sleeping there.

i received an uncomfortable bed. as the condition was not suitable for me and i cant sleep, the owner was kind and care about my concern. So he shifted me to other place and the new place was super comfortable. It just the toilet might required daily cleaning. Anyway i would rate 8/10 for the room and the customer service.
