all things were provided. service desk could have advised me about location of pool towels in the apartment which i discovered after asking other guests. I assumed they forgot to provide mine.

Only one small issue with ground staff (orange jackets), No visitor awareness and was talking loudly on mobile with what appears to be family members about issues in own language. It would be fine if they kept that excited discussion as that, outside the pool grounds. So, it did not give a good impression about their duty's commitments and focus. And importantly, show respect for patrons seeking to respite from the busy world and respecting the noise level around poolside.

Our 3rd stay at the Mantra. Easy location to catch up with friends. Good sized suite. Very clean , balcony off each room . All the staff were lovely and helpful .

Happened to stay while work was being carried out which we were notified about prior to the visit, therefore noise level. Slight smell of mould occasionally from bathroom area. Main door did lock securely but the handle was swinging loosley on the outside. We stayed for 4 nights , would have appreciated milk /coffee and teabags to be restocked without having to ask.

We were on the 6th floor, ocean view. The view was amazing. We could see all the way down to the northern beaches and over to the islands. We saw all the little boats passing by and we had a spectacular group of lorikeets fly over after sunset. HUGE balcony. Laundry in the apartment was fantastic! Make sure you request this room!

Second bedroom was a little pokey, however it did have two single beds in it. I assume these apartments must be owned by individual people as the outdoor furniture doesn't match the other apartments. Unfortunately we had a mismatched set in our balcony and one of the chairs was ripped deeming it useless. Did ask for a replacement but it wasn't replaced whilst we were there. Finally, the balcony needs some weeding. Few weeds growing through here and there.

Location is good, close to both beach and high street. Close to ferry wharf. Town is still recovering from Covid19. Staff were world class. Room had been recently renovated, so we had new paint, carpet, and rebuilt robes. TVs vary from room to room and there may not be more than one. Balcony was good. Soundproofing was good. Although fully booked, guest traffic was minimal. No, it is not 5 star, and not new, but clean sheets and boxes ticked.

It would be nice to know kitchenette has hotplates, review responses confirm but could be specified.

Stay was amazing. Majority of the staff were amazing, however, had a very rude cleaner that was discriminating and was being extremely rude

Spotlessly clean. Lovely view. Very good quality, sturdy furniture. Modern and welcoming decor. Good shower pressure and water temperature.

1. I expected a smart TV so was a little disappointed that I couldn’t access my Netflix or Stan account and was u stead stuck with free to air TV since I didn’t bring an HDMI cable nor my Chromecast device. 2. A small detail but the walls in public areas on Level 2 could do with some pictures. The vibe of the lobby was completely lost once we got to Level 2 and that hallway is too clinical.

the advertised promotion showed pool and ocean views, I did not receive what was shown instead I had a street and carpark view which was disappointing. the entry to the room was weird, having to enter almost closet style door to a very narrow passage to the room door entry... it was very strange and uncomfortable when travelling alone

My favourite place I’ve booked so far! The beach is right across the road. Parks, cafes and restaurants are super close. Service was lovely, had a cot made up with zero hassle. Loved our room, felt clean and modern. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Smart Tv with working channels. I loved that it had a washer and dryer so I was able to stay on top of washing and not take home a bag of dirty clothes. Even got to enjoy a nice hot bubble bath with the jets on. Definitely coming back again.

Pool was nice and big but not heated.

Ettalong is a perfectly placed to explore the central coast. A lovely village and waters to swim. We enjoyed Mantra swimming pool and going across the road to walk and swim. The diggers is in the same building very convenient to eat. The room was very comfortable clean. A larger TV would be nice otherwise well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony looking out to the town and hills with a good glimpse of the water. We had a great stay.

The staff were so lovely, the place was beautiful and we just had an amazing time already trying to work out when we could come back

Some one had placed a piece of the black bit on the end of a banana skin in the jets of the spa. when we were having a spa we felt like it smelt like banana and when we eventually pulled the plug we found jt. This is fault of the mantra staff or cleaners and purely the disgusting behavior of previous guests so as much as it disgusted we didn't think anything less of the mantra
