brilliant room, very big bed and brilliant facilities. location couldn’t have been better, right near the train station, supermarket round the corner and minutes walk from Tasso square. couldn’t fault it and it was nice and quiet.

poor signage wasn’t sure I was in the right place. had to contact the owner and wait 15 minutes (which absolutely wasn’t a problem!) but only knew this because I read a review prior to travelling. have shown a picture of the gate so future guests know they are in the right place - wait at that gate and text the owner.

The room is centrally located, just a few steps from the train and bus station and a short walk away from the marina. It is also close to restaurants and the main shopping street. The room we stayed in was very bright, clean and spacious with everything we needed; it was cleaned every day which was nice! Our host was very attentive and even allowed us to do an ealier check-in which was great after our long trip. We would recommend Casa Pantone without a doubt!

It is located on the third floor of the building; so consider this if you want to avoid stairs (which is a bit impossible in Italy). Everything else was great!

Casa pantone is located just across the street from the railway and bus station, making it easily accessible. However, Directions for Casa Pantone are not very good, which can make it difficult to find. Main Piazza Tasso in Sorrento is only 500 m away from the apartment house. Casa Pantone was originally a private apartment. After renovation, it was transformed into four rooms of different sizes, each with a private bathroom.

A decent stay for two nights. If you plan to stay longer in Sorrento, I would recommend choosing a hotel with BB service.

The room was good and very close to the train station. We were a bit surprised that the room was actually in an apartment building, but once we had access it was actually kind of nice.

We weren't aware that we needed to call to get 'checked-in'. Since it's in an apartment building, we had to call and someone from a nearby hotel had to come and let us into the property (gated). Instructions on this process would have been helpful. Breakfast was in the hotel (about a 10 minute walk) - so we never got to have that as we had early morning sightseeing scheduled and the hotel was in the opposite direction from where we needed to be.

The location couldn’t be more perfect! The train station is just over the road, and the main square is only a 5min walk. There is a restaurant and local shop right next door. Very secure and safe location. Very quiet and clean. Handy to know - there is a secure bag deposit at the train station, where you can leave your suitcase €6, rather than lug it around with you! I would definitely book to stay here again.

We were told a Taxi transfer would be waiting at the airport on arrival, and they weren’t. However, they made good contact and a driver was there within 10mins. When we got to the accommodation, there was no one there to greet us and let us in, so had to wait again, until someone arrived. Very friendly and informative. They are very quick at replying to any questions and queries, however, not so good at helping to arrange transport ie. Taxis. But was easy enough to arrange this independently.

This apartment is in a great location! A short walk to the main square and beaches. Right next to the bus/train station which was so handy! The bathroom is super spacious, the bed is really large! The place was super clean and the cleaning services were exceptional. The staff met us at the apartment and took both our 23kg suitcases up the stairs himself, bless him!

The area around the bed was a bit small but can’t complain too much for the location of the place. There’s not really a nice view but again the location was too good.

Casa Pantone is right by the Sorrento train station so very conveniently located. The rooms are brightly decorated, exactly like the photos, the bathroom and the room was very clean and comfortable. There are two really nice places to eat right next door, which is great when you're tired and just want to have something to eat that doesn't require walking too far. The main shopping area is literally just down the road and the beach is about 10 minutes walk or you can catch the bus from the station for 2 euros per person.

The staff were so nice and attentive, always quickly responded to messages. The aircon was great, location was perfect and an easy walk from the station and into the town and beach. If I come back to Sorrento we will be staying here again!

Nothing, was all perfect

Great location, very convenient if, like us, you’ve got an early bus or train to catch. It’s simple but well-appointed, and I must give a big shout out to the communication and the support from both Casa Pantone and their sister accommodation, Hotel Flora. They were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful for our stay.

Property is central. 1 block to train station and 2 blocks to Piazza Tasso. It is fresh, clean and quiet. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The room is cleaned daily.

There is no reception. You need to contact your host by phone or text to come to the building to let you in. There is no indication on the exterior of the building or at the gate that you are at Casa Pantone. It is associated with Hotel Flora.
