Great sea view from the balcony, south facing (important in early April, might be a bit hot in high summer), in the most interesting part of Capri. Good starting place for a number of great hikes around 7/8 km. Unfortunately, the Villa Jovis park was closed for renovation when we got there - not the apartment's problem, but disappointing.

The feel was very impersonal - marketed as a B&B/Hotel but we saw nobody.

I loved the sea view from the spacious balcony and how peaceful and quiet the property is. Everything in the apartment was in very clean and in excellent working condition. Our host provided appliances for making tea and coffee. She also communicated with me before arrival and provided detailed information to find the apartment and get automatic entry. Casa Costanza is beautiful and completed my wonderful experience in Capri.

I had no expectations and was pleasantly surprised! The room and view is much better in real life as on the photos. Rooms are clean and big. View is simply amazing, you will see Capri town and sea from the balcony. Location is exactly in Capri Town and all the attractions short walk away. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Nicolette was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and provided us with guidance all the time! The casa is located to the most iconic streets of Capri! The rooms were really clean, and with an amazing view! Highly recommend Casa Costanza!

The view over the Capri and the terace. But keep in mind that this part of Capri is for walking only and situated on the Hill. The host is friendly and helpful, we even got fresh chocolate Capri cakes for the first morning..!

Interior decoration/design; the Ikea type of atmosphere. Breakfast is very Italian; sweet cookies and cakes, sweet marmelade and yogurt.. maybe more fresh fruit and some salty things; egg, butter and cheeese for breakfast..?

Simple but nicely furnished room. Okay bed. Pleasant hosts. Great location a few minutes walk from the funicolare and piazza. Nice terrace with lovely view. Good value considering the location.

Breakfast was simple mostly prepackaged grocery store foods. We had expected a little more since the property is billed as a B&B. The neighboring rooms terrace has pretty unobstructed views into the room since it extends out further than the room we stayed in. Probably should have a bit bigger of a privacy screen. Otherwise a lovely stay and the positives far outweighed the negatives.

We had an amazing view and the room was clean. The location was fantastic and it took us only a few minutes to reach the Piazza. The staff came in the room and made our bed and cleaned whilst we were away. They also refilled coffee capsules and we loved that the property had a coffee machine.

- The towels were thin and seemed of cheap quality - Breakfast was provided although I was not a fan of the options and would have liked a bread roll over a brioche in a plastic wrapper or a savoury alternative - Bed was not very comfortable

Amazing view of the ocean and on top of the hillside. Relatively easy to get to from the ferry port and from the funicular and main square in Capri town. Host was very kind and provided helpful information about ferry cancellations and schedules.

Wonderful, spacious room with incredible views. Location was excellent and close to all the main attractions… perfect little gem at great price!

Everything was absolutely fabulous! Can’t recommend the place enough. Terrific host, incredible value.
