Beautiful location overlooking the sea, spotlessly clean hotel ( thanks to our cleaning personnel), very good breakfast with lots of options a la carte and fresh delicious pastries, utmost friendly and attentive staff! Our special thanks to Claudia at the reception and Antonio at the breakfast! Overall very warm, calm atmosphere and stylish design. We’ve really enjoyed our stay!

There is a very loud construction going on at the neighboring hotel currently. They start very early at 07:00 am and finish at around 19:00. So you can’t really seat on the balcony and enjoy the serenity. But it’s not Floridiana’s fault, obviously. And once you close the door, you don’t hear anything. And to my taste the bed was a bit too hard.

Location and Antonio!

Rooms were very small and the king deluxe was same size as other cheaper room and not sure worth the $ increase for an ocean view. Also - add said coffee makers and there was NONE. Asked for one and received a kettle with instant coffee- kettle did. It work the entire time and just dealt with it.

Our stay was short, but we would for sure come back for a longer stay. First and foremost, the hotel staff was warm and welcoming (special thanks to Elvira🙏🏻); We happened to come earlier than expected to Capri, and although we weren’t checked in, we were offered a full (delicious) breakfast. Additionally, they explained to us, in detail, what the island had to offer on the map (with an explanation of how to get to each of the spots) The room was very spacious, and more importantly, clean, with a view to die for! If we’re ever back in Capri, picking this place back would be a no brainer! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

From the minute we walked through the door we knew we had stepped into a special hotel. Hot and tired from our trip we were ushered to a table on the balcony with the most exceptional view and asked what we’d like to drink on the house. We were given a free upgrade as well. Breakfast was phenomenal and I loved that everything was included including the freshly cooked breakfast of choices of eggs pancakes, sides of salmon and avocado. You name it they had it and the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Antonio our fabulous maître de was a delight and we were sad to say goodbye to him. The location of the hotel was perfect, just at the end of the high end shopping strip.

Great little hotel away from the main road and the crowds, but easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful. We stayed one full week and everything was great. Would definitely recommend staying here for couples and families. My teens loved that place, especially the breakfast!

Not much to dislike actually. The hotel and staff were great. The only slight downside is that the music system and speakers of the new hotel next door is a little loud.. so if you’re trying to relax on your balcony, you can hear the music of next door. This isn’t actually a fault of La Floridiana but it could be an issue in the summer once the next door hotel is full capacity and their pool area is busy.

The property is a beautiful, seclusion of tranquility! The pool was cool and refreshing. Loved the jets on the side. The staff were amazing! The restaurant manager really shows and lives hospitality! Every day he treated us exceptionally well! He made our experience the best! We have since recommended this hotel to others since returning! We wish we had stayed longer instead of heading to Positano. The food was delicious and loved the welcoming lunch!

Not much to say we didn’t like. Capri ended up being our favorite part of our trip. Had one woman that wasn’t the friendliest at the hotel. Outside of that, everyone else was wonderful and engaging. The manager remembered my husband’s food preferences and had it ready when we sat down. He called me Princess every day..I am a Queen lol.

Our family had a wonderful time at Hotel La Floridiana. We stayed for one week, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. Both of our rooms were upgraded, for which we were very grateful. Everyone was friendly & helpful - housekeeping, front desk, restaurant staff, and hotel management. Antonio always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We loved the friendliness and overall vibe of the hotel and hope to return one day. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a wonderful & memorable stay!

I stayed at this hotel a week before Easter in early April. Because it was a bit early in the peak season I only encountered a few other guests. The staff was exceptional. Upon arrival they sat with me to explain where the hotel is located in comparison to top attractions, beaches, and restaurants. They provided recommendations and booked all of my reservations for me. Anything I needed was provided to me. I saw reviews about the location being far from the city center but it was not far at all just tucked off of a Main Street where it was quiet. As a solo Female traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable. Highly highly recommend this hotel and I will be back soon!

Our stay at La Floridiana in Capri was simply perfect — truly like a movie! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with cappuccinos, sweet croissants, and all the guidance we needed from the lovely Giuliana, who made us feel right at home and helped us discover the best of the island. To celebrate our honeymoon, we were also surprised with a bottle of prosecco in our room — a thoughtful touch that made everything even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Antonio, who was always kind, attentive, and made sure everything was flawless throughout our stay. The hotel itself is charming, cozy, and very well located. And of course, Capri is pure magic, a dreamlike destination that makes any trip unforgettable — and with the warmth and hospitality of La Floridiana, it becomes even more extraordinary. We highly recommend it and already dream of coming back!

So warm and welcoming. More like staying with family. Great location, pool, breakfast. Staying at 4 &5 star properties on 6 week trip. My wife declared this her favorite.
