The location of the accommodation is perfect, very close to the Termini station (main station), from where you can catch a bus or metro to anywhere in the city. Also, it is in walking distance from the historic center, if you don't mind 20-25 minutes walking. The room was clean and fairly new and it had everything we needed during our stay. They cleaned and changed the towels every day, which was a surprise to me. Have in mind that this is a budget friendly accommodation, so don't expect any luxury or fancy things, but you definitely get your money's worth with this place. I would definitely recommend it, as there is no need to pay extra for a room when most of the time you will be out.

The place is very difficult to find even though the address is the correct one. There is no sign on the street apart from a small signage on the doorbell of the building. The accommodation is a merger of several different places and it is named and listed differently on several places, so you need to be careful. When we finally managed to find the reception, there was no one there and we had to wait for additional 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check us in. The mattress on the bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything was alright.

Room was a nice size with a modern bathroom. Location was very close to the railway station which was really handy as i used the train or the Metro every day. No breakfast was included but there was a fridge in the room which was handy. I had a small problem with locking the room but the owner helped me and it was sorted quickly.

A kettle would've been handy with a few cups but this wasn't provided. This wasn't advertised but is an easy win to avoid needing to get tea and coffee outside when you want to chill in the room.

I like the location I like our room its very clean and its a big room .like everyday somebody came to clean it and change our towels. I just dont know why they put on the site the different address.you will check in in friendship but then they will bring you to the other building.its just 1 minute walked anyway. The building its not nice and kindda dark inside but the apartment is so nice and i think its newly renovated. Theres fridge inside ur room.

There is no microwave..i hope they put microwave even on the hallway.

Actually it’s not in the address that that say a person comes takes you to the place and we had to pay him 28 euros and he didn’t have 2€ to give us back, he end up saying I’ll give them to you later, but since we saw that he had to take us in an other place for the room we already knew that we will maverick gonna take back any money. Apart from the we didn’t have any problem the area from the house was actually better than the real address and the room was every day clean

We were brought to a different place called Palma Residence abt 400 metres away. Anyway a nice newly renovated simple room on the 1st floor by stairs. Excellent location walking distance to Roma Termini and Castro Pretorio metro station. Simon was also helpful. A bit dissapointed that we could not store our luggage but not a big issue.

only one thing was really bad, before our departure we left our luggage at the reception and when we wanted to come for it, the door was locked, no one answered the bell, I tried to call the man from the reception but he didn't pick up... luckily some people were leaving from the building, so we got to the reception for our luggage... otherwise we wouldn't have made it to the airport!

I chose this budget guest house because it was near the railway station. There is a permanently attended reception. Cleaning staff where evident on the floor and while it is an old building, with a quirky vintage lift, the rooms and bathrooms seemed to have been recently refitted. There are two restaurants just outside which seemed very popular so we tried both and where well satisfied.

There is currently scaffolding on the the front of the building but I suppose that means it's going to look even better soon. The scaffolding can be seen in the photo below. Some of the approaching streets are a little daunting at night with a run down feel but that is like most cities near the railway stations.

Cisto, uredno, svaki dan smo dobijali ciste peskire i soba je sredjivana. Soba je bila na prizemlju ali bez obzira na to nije bilo bucno. U sobi smo imali sve sto je bilo potrebno, mozda bi dvije case mogle da se dodaju ali nije nesto sto kvari utisak. Odlicna lokacija blizu Termini stanice. U neposrednoj blizi nalazi se vise dobrih restorana i barova Zaista jedan odlican smjestaj po pristupacnoj cijeni za Rim i sezonu. Jos jedna povoljnost je sto mozete prije chek in-a da ostavite stvari.

The hotel arranged the Palma Residences for us, we are satisfied with this new place, it is very quiet and the room is spacious.

We are not informed about moving to a new place.

We had the room in another building to 150m from friendship place, and the receptionist was kind with us but the instructions were not clear went you arrived to friendship place and also we had to pay the taxes (in cash) So keep in mind if you stay here in order to have enough cash for paid that if you are traveling direct to the airport and don't have cash with you
