The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of the Old Town, just steps from the Rynek and all the main attractions. Our room was fantastic—quiet, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished. Our stay was truly wonderful, and we will definitely return to Gotyk. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes offering a traditional Polish experience. Absolutely the best hotel in Toruń!

Great location, stylish old building, professional staff, very clean, great shower, tea, kettle, lots of lamps.

The mattress and pillow were quite bad for me (extremely soft and the mattress needs to be changed I think). I had no internet signal on the room (3rd floor). I would also require a room not next to the little courtyard where people can sit and chat (could be noisy on busy season). Yet, for the price is such beautiful town, it's good!

The breakfast was really good and varied, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. It was nice having the lift handy, and the upstairs terrace was good Overall, the decor of the hotel was well done.

The room was pretty small but comfortable enough. The TV was nearly all in Polish, and I couldn't get rid of the background voice in the channels that played the films / programmes in original language.

The location was perfect, in the center of Torun with the train station not too far by foot (30 min) and car (10 min). The staff was great, with excellent English and communication. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

The wifi in the room was not the best, with constant disconnection every then and now, but remained ok. I could hear a bit my neighbors in the next room but nothing too annoying (and I sleep with earplugs so no problem there).

The hotel decoration is amazing. 24h front desk. Restaurant available within the hotel. Perfect location. Breakfast wa above expectations.

My room had windows with beautiful view towards the street. However, other guests were in the smoking area near the entrance talking extremely loudly in late hours (I would hear all conversation).

The location is good as it is in the old city. Staff were very good and accommodating. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for those that don't want to venture far, I never ate there as there are plenty of restaurants

Parking outside the hotel is hit and miss. Only a few spaces, however there is a car park close by. Shower overflowed easily, 1 of the rooms didn't have natural light or window views. If you're going to book, do it directly with the hotel website (cheaper). Pay in local currency.
