Great location, stylish old building, professional staff, very clean, great shower, tea, kettle, lots of lamps.

The mattress and pillow were quite bad for me (extremely soft and the mattress needs to be changed I think). I had no internet signal on the room (3rd floor). I would also require a room not next to the little courtyard where people can sit and chat (could be noisy on busy season). Yet, for the price is such beautiful town, it's good!

The breakfast was really good and varied, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. It was nice having the lift handy, and the upstairs terrace was good Overall, the decor of the hotel was well done.

The room was pretty small but comfortable enough. The TV was nearly all in Polish, and I couldn't get rid of the background voice in the channels that played the films / programmes in original language.

Excellent bfst. Cereals, fruits, pastries, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs. Juices etc. Location is perfect. Walking distance to plac Rapacki where buses to and from Torun main station stop. Hotel is near the main square but in a quiet street.

Nothing. Loved the hotel. It was a last minute choice as booking.com messed up our reservation at another hotel. But I am glad we stayed here. It's value for money

The location was perfect, in the center of Torun with the train station not too far by foot (30 min) and car (10 min). The staff was great, with excellent English and communication. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

The wifi in the room was not the best, with constant disconnection every then and now, but remained ok. I could hear a bit my neighbors in the next room but nothing too annoying (and I sleep with earplugs so no problem there).

The hotel decoration is amazing. 24h front desk. Restaurant available within the hotel. Perfect location. Breakfast wa above expectations.

My room had windows with beautiful view towards the street. However, other guests were in the smoking area near the entrance talking extremely loudly in late hours (I would hear all conversation).

The location is good as it is in the old city. Staff were very good and accommodating. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for those that don't want to venture far, I never ate there as there are plenty of restaurants

Parking outside the hotel is hit and miss. Only a few spaces, however there is a car park close by. Shower overflowed easily, 1 of the rooms didn't have natural light or window views. If you're going to book, do it directly with the hotel website (cheaper). Pay in local currency.

The room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable. The bathroom was newly refitted and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was a standard buffet that was kept well stocked. The hotel was in an historic building. The location was perfectly located in the old town, about 30 seconds walk from the Rynek/main square. I would have added some lovely photos but Booking doesn't seem to like iPhone photos!!!!

There was nothing not to like. It was comfortable and good value.

Very close to the centre of the old town so everything was within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The restaurant, Lovely Moss, has a limited choice but is of unexpectedly good quality and well worth a visit and the young waitress was very accomplished. The staff in Reception were very helpful and could answer all my stupid questions and remain polite!

The duvet on the bed was too short and my feet poked out the bottom!

Great location, friendly staff, warm, clean room. We hired the apartment so we would have more room to meet with family and it was a great size, plenty of chairs.

Breakfast was very basic, a toaster would have been welcome and there wasn't much room between tables, but it was ok.

Very well situated ,very near the square and shops. Clean and comfortable, lots to choose from at breakfast

Parking can't be a bit of a pain, 3 out of the 4 nights managed to park near the hotel at a cost, pay the hotel 50 zlotys, but one night we had to park 10 min walk away
