There are many things that I liked: 1) Staff are very friendly. I arrived very late (after midnight) and an employee, who was in her car driving home, spotted us and asked us if we are checking in. She got out of her car and helped us with our check in without us asking her to help us. During my stay all my requests were fulfilled instantly with a smile. 2) Kitchen was fine. Dishes, cups, toaster, coffee machine and a lot of other items were provided upon request with no extra charge and were very clean. Fridge was fine in term of size and cooling power. 3) Room was Ok. The two chairs were super comfortable, bed was fine, sheets were clean, and the bathroom was filled with towels of all sizes. I stayed for 10 nights but never tried their breakfast so i cannot comment on that.

The smell coming from one of the other rooms. They cooked some weird smelling food that filled the hallways everyday. Once I entered my room I wasn't able to smell it though.

Only had the coffee at the breakfast, but it was good. Lots of extra amenities available upon request. Plenty of parking and easy access to the highway. Full refrigerator, microwave and cook-top in the room.

The fitness room needs new machines. Only has one treadmill and one elliptical, which is fine, but the elliptical was non-functioning. Also did not have sanitary wipes.

I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites. Everything was very impressively clean and beautiful. My bed and couch were comfortable and it's in a very nice area, so I felt safe. It's close to interstate and it was an easy off-on for my trip. Everything was perfect but something that others need to know is that there were no pots, pans, bowls, plates, silverware in the kitchen, so you will need to bring your own. We did use the microwave and the refrigerator is a large one and we used it also. If we ever come back through this way we will probably stay here again.

Everything was perfect. We may stay here again if we return.

I liked the large room with couch and full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. I liked that the hotel was pet friendly and space to walk them. It was a great location close to food places and gas stations. It was great for a one night travel stop on our road trip.

I didn't like that the sliding bathroom door in our bathroom wouldn't slide closed all the way due to it being broken.

The staff was amazing. We’ve been here a few weeks, Ms. Lelota and Max are wonderful and helpful with anything you need. Always greet you with a smile.

Wish it was a little bit more updated in some areas.

The only thing I could say was that an animal had peed in the elevator. We told the desk staff and they were right on it. Also, the bed was a little stiff.

The staff at this property is amazing. I stayed here extended between living situations and the entire staff and location made it feel like home. Always clean and accommodating.

Nothing, it was a great experience all around

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and humble. They allowed us early check-in, and all the formalities were completed seamlessly.

There was no guest restroom near lobby. Breakfast options were minimum. Water dispenser was not available anywhere in premises.

The staff is excellent I've been staying here for going on 3 weeks never had a problem they help ed me whenever I need it they've worked with me in every way Lolita & Wendy and the rest of the staff is excellent I would definitely recommend someone stay there!!!!

The manager and the lady that works the 3rd shift was the nicest people! I was in a really bad spot that night and they showed compassion and empathy and helped me so much! I will never forget their kindness
