The resort is exquisite. My friend and I were not expecting the wonder of this resort. We were blown away especially as we arrived in the evening and the lights just made the entire resort look so magical. Every pool and jacuzzi is clear blue. The rooms were immaculate and the food and drinks were delicious. Every staff member here was helpful and friendly from the reception staff especially Ahmed to dining staff, waiters etc. I literally enjoyed every moment staying in the resort. I can’t wait to come back.

I can’t think of anything. I truly enjoyed my time here so much so I was sad to return to my real life.

Only thing that was needed was treats in the fridge along with drinks etc. we are coming for our third stay in 2 weeks, every time a poolside swim in room. Last time there was wine and this time only 2 beers. I did not touch the fridge but would have been nice to get wine not just 2 x beer. We live in sharm but like to stay in hotels and there mini fridge always contain beer and wine! Other good hotels we stay in have nibbles like cheese crackers crisp nuts chocolate AGAIN would be nice to be given the option as we have paid for it

the hotel has a really big territory so you need to use a golf car or walk (that is good also) and with a nice beach. I liked that we arrived at night and we found the food for us in the room (i warned about our late check in) and we were leaving very early in the morning and they prepared a breakfast box for us too. Also i liked the idea to put walls between sunbeds on the beach to have more privacy for the clients.

The hotel is new and the facilities show this. I loved the big rooms, the shower, the pools available. The entertainment staff especially the two ladies made up the entire experience! They are doing amazing!

The food. The food was bland, it didn’t have enough variety, the cakes looks like they’ve been bought in a supermarket - yes they look fancy, but they do not that’s great. The food at dinner available was a mere 5-6 dishes, it was a poor selection. Tried to bring McDonald’s in after the 3rd night and was stopped. Have a better food selection and I wouldn’t need to go out. It’s an adults only yet their main hotel across the road has a bar in the pool, surely that should be available in the adults only?

It is an ideal facility for peace and relaxation.

I didn't like the check-in process. Since the main restaurant was under renovation, the bar used as a temporary dining area had a buffet setup that was not easily accessible.

I l loved everything, from meeting the reception manager Mr Ahmed and his lovely reception staff Mohammed and Khalaf,. That was the start of a fabulous 9 nights. The staff everywhere, bar staff waiting staff, also Ali who cleaned my room every so thoughtful. The only downside to my trip is I was a bit poorly for a couple of days but the on-site Doctor Wael was brilliant and thoughtful. The hotel is luxurious like in its name. I can’t wait to come back. The wave pool the pool beds, the Asian restaurant, the little shops on site are all great. So much more about the hotel is great but needs to be experienced😊

The resort took my breath away when I arrived. Its so beautiful. From the sun beds, hot tubs, the size of the rooms to the packed mini bar that is also part of the all inclusive package ! The staff are out of this world! So accommodating and just all around amazing people! Ala, Masaed & the English Pub staff are the reason I can’t wait to come back again! They really make sure you get the most out of your all inclusive. By the end of the trip they become like brothers to me! Cleopatra is the best hotel in Egypt !!!

We had an amazing time at the Cleopatra Adults Only. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. You also get two separate beach towels that you can exchange anytime. There are different pools and the area is quite large, so we always found a good spot without feeling cramped. At breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always a great variety of different hot and cold dishes, salads, types of bread and desserts. However, what makes the resort stand out is the exceptional helpfulness of the staff - everyone is extremely courteous, friendly and personal. You feel welcome and at home from the very first second.

We did not experience anything negative during our stay.

The staff were incredible, the nicest team of staff I have ever experienced - so attentive and friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, by far the best holiday experience I’ve had.
