I had a Double Queen Suite for the night. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a full size refrigerator,, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 burner electric stove. Dishes and utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, No Tub. The room was very clean

. My TV remote needed batteries,, so the staff at the front desk was super nice, came to my room with new batteries. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were overcooked. The coffee wasn't the best flavor. The biggest mishap was the Original room I booked which was a King Suite, hadn't been cleaned. The dirty laundry was still in the room. Ms Betty Front Desk switched me to the Queen Suite. Overall I enjoyed the short time I was there. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay here and I was surprised how nice it was for the price. It was in a good location for what I was in the area for, only a few minutes away from the places I had planned to go on my trip. The breakfast was good and all the staff was very nice and helpful. My main thing for a motel is the cleanliness and I was nervous about it because of the price, but to my surprise it was very clean. We will stay there again in the future.

Great location, comfy rooms, good amenities for longer stays, easy to navigate.

Everything was great value and comfort and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sara’s off improvement were the food and drink situation but an easy fix. Coffee in the room was a hard no, as were the “egg pucks” at breakfast— would recommend considering a switch. All else was standard and just fine. We did love the fresh lemon water in the foyer!

What a pretty hotel. The decor when you walk in is Southern and charming. This place is clean and well kept. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was clean and comfortable. Located just down the way from main highway close to parks, restaurants, and gas stations. Will be staying here again. Lovely hotel.

Kayla. She treated me as if I were the only guest even though she was very busy and multitasking due to a shortage of help. She deserves kudos big time. Location is ideal. The backyard was really nice and I could listen to the birds while I read the paper and drank coffee. It was easy to forget I was in a hotel. The room itself is extremely comfortable and had all the amenities I was looking for.

The fitness equipment needed a little tune-up, primarily the elliptical.

The room was great/ clean and it was close to the places we were going to be. The staff was great, The breakfast was average. Although most hotel breakfasts are average. We had no issues during our stay.

The fan and light in the bathroom were tied together and the fan was noisy. The fan interfered with any conversations in the room.

Beds were convertible. Air worked well. Size was good.

Felt like the remote was greasy. Light bulb missing from lamp Different shades of light bulbs in the bathroom. Those were little things. But the only real issue was that .the shower head had a lot of calcium buildup up so it just did a little more than a trickle

The Mulberry Hotel was exceptionally clean! We totally enjoyed our visit there. The staff was amazing, asking if we needed anything just let them know . They work as a team, with smiles on their faces! Wonderful experience;) We will visit again for sure!

The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, satisfied overall.

There are only two fast food restaurants around and no other establishment to have meals. Breakfast is the usual kinda boring fare of watery eggs and sausage plus some continental fare. Goes from 6-9, bit too early closing for my preferences so I actually ate it just once. It's a small pet peeve but I dislike the light switches in bathrooms that are wired to exhaust fan. Your only choice is to stay there in the dark or be continuously assaulted with loud grinding noise.

The location is just minutes from Lake Charles, in a quiet area that is easy to get too with an open parking lot. The hotel is elegant and modern clean and smelled great. The studio rooms are a good size. The breakfast was among the best I've had at a hotel: waffles with multiple toppings available, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs with cheese available as well as plain, awesome sausage, fruit, coffee, tea, milk, juice. Nice clean, roomy eating area with large windows. The price I paid through booking was less than half the price listed for 1 nights stay! Great deal! The other guests were very respectful and quiet.

The bath towels are large but thin is really my only complaint, oh and not enough Kleenex in the tissue box. Also, there were some issues going on at the front desk with staff being mixed up about what rooms were currently ready so check in took longer than it should and was not as pleasant as it could have been due to the front desk person's apparent stress level. Also, does not allow pets unfortunately. There also was no pool, but there is a nice back outdoor patio with comfy furniture. There is plenty of room to add a pool, so hope in the future they will!!
