I loved the cute charm that the hotel had, and the staff was fantastic and friendly.

The only two problems were. ONE the shades in the room did not close flush the bricks because the bed was to close to the wall the shad had no where to go creating a gap letting in the early morning light, while we were trying to sleep-in in the morning. TWO, the breakfast was boiled, eggs, fruit and bread, and no meat, and a lot of people don't eat boiled eggs. And the bread was just regular. I expected a little more for the breakfast. Like specialty muffins and sasuage with a choice of eggs or an egg fritatia. Other than these two things, I would give the hotel a 10 out of 10 would stay here again even with these 2 issues.

The comfort, location, bed and bed linen

The breakfast - iced boiled eggs with the shell as the only protein source. Why not more options, like scrambled eggs, sausages, meat, natural yogurt (not the ultraprocessed served ones), cheeses, bacon? We had breakfast only in the first day (we stayed 7 days). The other days, we preferred having breakfast anywhere else. The bathroom door - it doesn’t close properly, so it’s nothing private.

The receptionist desk staff exuded professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel bar staff were equally accommodating, making our stay feel like home. The ambiance and decor were impressive, but what captivated me the most was the rich history of the hotel—reading about it was a delight. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location and proximity to Bourbon enhanced our overall experience. Our accommodation featured a room that was not only spacious and immaculate but also boasted remarkably comfortable beds. The bathroom was delightful, and I particularly appreciated the makeup towels. The availability of hot water perfectly suited my preferences. The concept of requiring floor-specific reservations for access added a layer of security, making us feel safer. Knowing that our key card only worked for our designated floor and the lobby provided reassurance, ensuring controlled access throughout the hotel. I'll certainly be booking reservations at One 11 for our next visit to New Orleans, and I highly recommend it.

It’s a beautifully maintained property that used to be an old sugar mill. The rooms were nice and airy, also modern. I thought the breakfast was great, and more than sufficient. There were two people on in the morning if you needed anything, all the fruit was fresh, bagels, yogurt, little pastries. It was perfect for the morning. I was confused about the reviews saying how poor it was because we thought for the value it was wonderful.

The only thing if I had to say anything, the bed was a tad lumpy but other than that everything was honestly great. Staff was lovely, and helped us with whatever was needed.

Hotel One11 was amazing! It's a historic building (former sugar refining company) with a lot of charm and character. The midcentury decor combined with the industrial look (i.e. iron beams and exposed brick) was so sleek and really made it unique! The staff were so welcoming and sweet! They helped us with everything from extra towels for the pool, to restaurant recommendations, to getting us a taxi back to the airport. The hotel bar was great and had some good local beers available. The pool was small but perfect for taking a quick dip and then lounging beside the pool. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed. Would highly recommend it!

What a fabulous, quirky hotel. Fantastic rooms and huge bathrooms. Breakfast was good and the bar area is really modern. On arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location - it's in the heart of New Orleans but not on top of all the action. Two minutes walk to Bourbon Street in the French Quarter, easy access to bars, shopping and the French Market. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere well-priced and different to one of the impersonal mega-chains.

It was a shame that the bar didn't open until late afternoon and then closed at 10pm. It would have been lovely to be able to have a nightcap when we returned in the evenings.

The hotel was amazing, aesthetically pleasing with beautiful views of the Mississippi River. We were in close enough proximity to walk everywhere our hearts desired we only took an y we twice but far enough we were able to rest in tranquility. The hotel staff were superb especially Mr. Joel. This hotel will always be our go to when we come to New Orleans. Until next time!

We had a rooftop room with a walkout balcony but our view was of the parking garage. The bar closed at 10 pm we would have preferred longer hours at least 11 pm, but the bartender was amazing and soo sweet.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The day we arrived the process of checking in was very nice, the person in charge gave us all the tips we requested and was so friendly and kind -however it wasn't the same experience with all the staff -. Our room and all the facilities were perfectly cleaned all the time, which I appreciate a lot. I didn't find a more perfect location for a hotel, steps away from outlet, museums, tourist attractions, yet away from all the noise. I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to all my friends going to New Orleans.

Breakfast Some of the staff could be more friendly

Intimate setting, quiet and location. Bar had nice selection as well as cultivated food selections.

My only complaint- there is a night train so as a light sleeper it woke me up every night. My room just happened to be on that side of the building.
