All the staff were friendly the location was nice with near by restaurants and shops. The hotel had a cool geometric décor throughout the property. It felt modern yet comfortable if that makes sense. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. The room we had was spacious but that could have been because of the lack of a dresser or wardrobe closet. The complimentary breakfast was offered at the Turkish restaurant attached next to the hotel and we tried most of them during the week long stay and all tasted good. The staff there was also very friendly and accommodating.

There were only a couple things that we thought was a bit odd and that was there wasn't really any place to unpack your suitcase to put your clothes and the only place to hang some clothes was a bar over the counter where the coffee pot and snacks were. The other thing was the bathroom did not have any counter to put your toiletries or anyplace to hang your towel or clothes to change other then the one hook in the shower.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, very cozy vibe. It was also in a great shopping area, you can find cafes, restaurants, stores and supermarkets all in one central location surrounding the hotel. It's absolutely beautiful at nights. The lady at the front desk (carol) was very nice, very accommodating and tried her very best to ensure that we had what we needed. Even though she knows limited English she always tried her best to communicate with us using a translator which was very efficient. I liked that there were 2 restaurants at the hotel that served breakfast(included in stay), lunch and dinner.

The wifi connection was poor and the power went out a couple of nights during our stay 😔 we were unable to work efficiently with the wifi either being choppy on some days and completely out on some. It would be nice to have a microwave added to the room for lengthy stays.

The room was large and comfortable, with a large and comfortable bed, good desk, and sufficient electrical outlets. The staff were very friendly. There was a refrigerator in the room. The restaurant and bakery next to the hotel had excellent options, and the location is great (lots of restaurants nearby).

The WiFi was OK most of the time, but sometimes cut out. The breakfast was fine, but there was limited variety; the coffee wasn't as good as it should be in Colombia. Also, we were there for an international meeting, and breakfast was slow and only started at 7:00 am (which is fine if you're on vacation). It would have been great to have a kettle or something to boil water or make tea or coffee in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. The helpful staff, cleanliness of the premises, and comfortable beds made my stay very pleasant. I especially appreciated the dedicated workspace available in the room, which was perfect for catching up on work. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort, with a small note on the language barrier.

The windows in my room did not open, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel staff did not speak English, which could be improved; however, they were really SUPER kind and always eager to assist.

This is a great hotel for business travelers. Great location. It is a relatively quiet area. The staff is very polite and extremely friendly and is ready to help you at any time. Breakfast is not an amateur. Maybe I need to print the menu tomorrow in a larger font - because it was difficult for me to read. Well, maybe start breakfast a little earlier (when I was at the hotel it started at 7:00). In general, I recommend this hotel for accommodation.

Location was OK for daytime, didn't feel comfortable to walk to some other areas from there at night. Room is a nice size, shower was good. Taxi driver arranged by the property is excellent.

The location was unbeatable! The property was in the best area of El Peñón with a lot of restaurants and bars around. From this perspective, we think this is even more convenient than Granada area where we also stayed for one day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were three restaurants onsite and they were all good.

The room was basic which we were aware of. However they could put attention to some details: night stands with power outlet on both sides. Hooks in the bathroom for towels etc.

Very comfy hotel room. Great location close to many restaurants and bars. Nice, hot showers. Coffee in the room. Big screen TV with Netflix was a huge plus. The free breakfast was top-notch!

Nothing to do with the hotel, but DO NOT hike the Cerro de Las Tres Cruces!!! my wife and I were attacked by a man with a knife trying to steal my backpack. He did not succeed, and we are both safe, but it was still scary as hell. The city as a whole was not very welcoming. I’ve been to many countries and I’ve never felt so unwelcome as I did in Cali.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They gave excellent recommendations on activities to do in the city. The rooms were very large and comfortable and great for longer term stays with a working area. Of the 6 different hotels I stayed at during my trip, the beds here were by far the most comfortable. Since I was traveling in and out of Cali on multiple solo trips, I was grateful that the staff let me keep my extra luggage at the hotel for days while I was away. When I returned they were all happy to see me and asked all about my adventures.

Love the location as it's close to activities/shops/restaurants, breakfast is tasty and included, shower warms up, a/c in room works perfectly, the other hotel restaurant is delicious, the rooms have: mini fridge, hangers, and nice shampoo and conditioner included, the facilities are stylish and the staff is so friendly.
