This motel was great value for money. We stayed one night in Winter. It was bitterly cold outside but the room was made lovely and warm by the a/c, and we appreciated that there were electric blankets. The ensuite bathroom was neat and clean although a bit chilly with only a fan/ light, no heating lamps. There was a microwave, crockery and cutlery in the cupboard, and a neat little dining setting so we had the option to eat takeaway dinner in comfort in the room. There was very little noise from the nearby road, and we both slept really well. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't need to call them but I felt that if we had any problems they would have responded quickly.

The location is a bit out of the main dining precinct, with only one restaurant within walking distance. This is reflected in the price.

Clean, comfortable, great shower and good value for money. If you have a car/vehicle it has excellent parking right outside your room.

Very helpful staff. Room was a bit dark as there were only two lamps and few light bulbs in the room. But our stay here was fine in general.

Came for 1 night with my fiancée and we were pleased to know there were electric blankets and heating AC in the rooms which was much appreciated seeing as it was cold out, we loved the fact that there was parking right outside of each room which made it easy to come and go as well and move things from car to room. No fuss easy in and out, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for short stays.

Shower water was not hot, barely luke warm and the game we picked up from reception was incomplete so couldn't play, i suggest throwing it out if it's incomplete.

I like the easy check in. The parking lot is just in front of our room. There's microwave, fridge,fleece blanket which came in so useful when the temperature dipped low during the polar blast. The beds and room were made daily. Location is a drive away from the main area of shopping, eatery and scenic world. So traffic is good and not busy there. Also there's an exit and entry to the highway. So it's convenient.

Very nice motel, friendly smiling staff, very helpful. It is very nice to have a basic kit so you can cook, reheat a meal and make a hot drink : basic cutlery set, mugs, microwave, plates, tea coffee bags are well appreciated. The cleanliness was also very good, big room! We particularly enjoyed the nice range of DVD you can borrow so you can even make a movie night at your stay. very close to Katoomba center, just a few minutes drive.

everything was perfect and the staff went above and beyond they were extremely nice and had everything very clean inc. the pool and area as well as the BBQ facilities maybe the best setup yet , we really appreciate what you did for us, a big thank you, can I say this is the first time we have seen our plates and bowls etc replaced not washed in the sink, that is an example of the cleanliness, they seem to be a effort on making these rooms better with ongoing maintenance which is perfect, the location is perfect as well easy access to everything as in town with paid parking and rather cramped thanks again

I think the Mattress is due for changing a little lumpy in room 48 the other thing that needs checking is the website said office closes at 10pm but its 9pm , other than that the room was perfect,

Friendliness of staff- they let us check in early and leave our bags after check out. Cleanliness was great. Room was very comfortable and the heating was great. Microwave was added bonus.

The location was quite far out if you’re arriving to the train station. It’s also quite far to the 3 sisters / other view points. But it’s a 20 minute walk to the bus stop so not too bad!
