Great location on the bay near the beach, restaurants and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Kim and Brandon did their best to address our concerns and requests. We had reserved a double queen balcony with an ocean view. We were assigned ground floor 104 next to the front desk and across from the ice machine. The view is of the beach and bay in front of us with Mo's dock blocking the ocean view. Kim took the time to try and find another balcony room but they were already booked. She also addressed a concern with the loud operating noise of their new ice machine at night. She brought attention to the problem to Management and arranged for the machine to be turned off at 10 pm then back on in the morning.This really helped keep the noise down outside our door. Brandon checked with us to see how the night went, which went well. His concern for our comfort was genuine. He shared he will be starting a new policy for the ice machine to be turned off nightly after hours to help keep the area quiet.

The lamps really need updating with a working switch at the bottom of the base. Also with USB charging capabilities the outlets are not easily accessible/behind furniture.

The breakfast wasn’t much for the price of the hotel room

Family atmosphere, friendly staff, location, bay view, amazing bed, great pillows, comfortable lounge chairs in room, and hot tub in room.

I saw the General Manager Saturday morning at breakfast, again in the evening, and again on Sunday morning at breakfast, and he was the one I checked out with. As this shows dedication and commitment by your manager, as the GM of a business myself. This is how you reach burnout. Please see and appreciate the general manager you have, and be careful not to push burnout. The good ones won't say anything til it's too late

No continental breakfast. Hot breakfast Needs to be served Waffle Maker pancakes I’ve seen much cheaper and dirtier hotels serve eggs sausage all that Continental breakfast. We really enjoyed are stay and it was clean great view nice room but breakfast was a big let down. Also serve coffee all day or half day. Trust me we all want coffee on vacation it’s worth the e tag money .

The location really sold the place. Absolutely incredible. So beautiful! Within walking distance to several good places to eat, and right on the bay!! Parking lot was big, the view from our room was beautiful!! The breakfast in the morning was simply but so yummy, the waffles definitely won us over. We stayed for 4 nights so not having to but breakfast everyday was a huge bonus!!

I only have a couple things I could say here honestly cause almost every thing was incredible! There were two chairs in our room, one was fine, the other… definitely needed a cleaning. We put a towel over it and made it work, but it was pretty icy. Second, was the sink area. One sink was clogged, so it would fill up when you used it, but the other sink would spray everywhere when you turned it on. Again, we didn’t mention it, we didn’t want to deal with maintenance coming into the room or have to move and it wasn’t a huge deal and we made due just fine. Just a little annoying. The light above said sinks also didn’t want to work well.

Location right on the beach was fantastic. Allowed people from our room to go take a stroll on the beach without any additional transportation. The breakfast was the best breakfast compared to the 9 other places we stayed during our trip.

Although the person that checked us in was fantastic. In the morning it was difficult to get anyone to assist us or even to sell us items from the shop. Ironically, they had much more staff around in the morning. Wish there was a more direct door to get from the hotel halls to the beach. We did use the side door but were not able to get back in with our room card. So we went to another door to get back in.

Staff were wonderful. Rooms are very spacious. Love having a balcony. Everything was so clean and nice. Nice having breakfast available. We had a pigeon visit our balcony. Loved the top floor view.

Our table only had one chair so we didn’t eat together at the table one of us sat on couch to eat at coffee table. Raul on balcony was wobbly if touched

The location to MO’s restaurant ( it was right next door ) my husband reserved the king suite and to our surprise there is a jacuzzi in the room we stayed at . The bed was very comfortable as well the the view of the bay was nice . We would for sure stay here again

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am there was a couple days where it wasn’t open til about 8:30 . We was hoping to save costs for at least one meal but being coffee drinkers and awake at 5:30 we went out for breakfast

The staff is super friendly, breakfast was decent, location and view were very nice.

The room seemed very clean but it had an odor. I wish there were just certain rooms that allowed pets because it smelled like wet dog with an overlay of cleaning solution. I didn't notice it after I'd been in the room for a while but every time I came back from somewhere I noticed it and it was unpleasant.

The view was outstanding! the walking trail was amazing. When we stayed in and still the view was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved being close to Glass float shops, groceries. Mo's was within walking distance. and The Otis Cafe was within half a mile.

Being an older building the refrigerator needs replaced. Since it was a suite, I expected utensils. next time I will bring some.
