Fantastic location, rooms are in good condition and quite spacious, staff were friendly, excellent breakfast. You can just walk across the road to the beach. Bus and tram stops very close to the hotel, as well as a couple of supermarkets. We had a great stay.

There is a lot of noise from the road separating the hotel from the main beach - even on the 6th floor it is very loud. The air conditioning is also very noisy.

The breakfast was lovely, great selection of food and all very fresh. The room was so lovely and clean and kept clean throughout our stay. The view from our room was amazing.

The wine glasses in our room were not cleaned and put back on the shelf dirty. Some of the plates at breakfast weren’t cleaned completely.

The location of the hotel is great - close to the airport without the noise, and just a short tram trip from the airport to the hotel. Just 40 minutes stroll along the waterfront to the city and old town and markets (or a short tram trip). We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. Our room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the bay and along the coast. It was completely quiet when the balcony door was closed so no disturbance from traffic. Breakfast was a feast of options. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the sauna twice and it was clean and fine.

One small disappointment. The TV had no chanels available where we could get English language news. A bit surprising for an international hotel. Also, we do not require new towels every day but it didn't matter where we put them they were replaced with new ones every day. Perhaps the hotel could spell out their clean towel policy a bit clearer as they do have an energy conservation policy.

Staff was friendly

We were disappointed about the noise levels from the airplanes and cars, which meant that we didn't use the balcony at all. This had been the reason why we chose the hotel, so that was a bummer. Also, even though it was mid-February, the room was really hot, so the only way we could sleep at night was with the window open ... and with the noise. Beds were less comfy than usual radisson blu quality.

We had a premier sea view room. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It is at close proximity to public transport. Behind the property is the tram line. In front on the promenade is the 12+ bus that takes you from Airport to Old Nice. Very conveniently located bus and tram stations. You step out of the hotel, cross the road and you are on the stretch that’s called the promenade. Very good place to run up and down in the morning against the cool breeze. The staff were all lovely. And they were doing their job as best they could. I have read a lot comments about them being understaffed and attitude of some of the staff. Please take into consideration the fact that they are dealing with all kind of customers daily. You greeting them goes a long way towards making them feel appreciated too. Yes countries have different cultures and being bubbly may not come naturally to all. So it would be wrong to compare the reception people with ones who are running the buffet station. Beds were made daily - no complaints at all on the cleanliness. They also seemed to have electric scooter that you could borrow. I didn’t ask but something to think about.

It is not really a dislike but maybe some suggestions for the management to discuss with the owners. - We had a situation where multiple patrons were wanting to watch various champions league matches - madrid v arsenal and inter v Bayern. There was only one TV in the bar area. Please add two so it could be useful during World Cup and other events. - Hire one more person to be the floor person to run buffet. They can go around asking and assisting customers. It would add to the perception that the customers are looked after. - Most of the days two glass bottles of Pellegrino and Plain water were enough. But sometimes we had difficulty getting more water. My recommendation is to charge 10$ extra if required but please think about giving as many water bottles as the customer wants.

After reading so many negative reviews of this hotel we were worried about staff and general standard of the hotel. There was no need at all, the staff were all fantastic and the rooms were excellent, we stayed in 2 superior rooms (one of which they kindly upgraded and put us next to each other meaning we had interconnecting ones which worked so well for our group). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The hotel was kept really well and didnt feel dated to us as some of the reviews state. We didnt try the breakfast but the room it was served in looked lovely. Thank you to the staff for looking after us.

Fabulous location. Great pool area. Close to tram for exploring. Breakfast had a great selection and having the outdoor seating was lovely.

Bar and restaurant prices were very high. The air con in the room could have been more efficient. Took 4 attempts to get someone to replenish the coffee supplies which was annoying
