We stayed here the night before we flew home on an early morning flight. It is right at the airport, with a free van that leaves every 15 minutes for the Terminals. The buffet breakfast starts really early (5 am) so many travelers can have a great breakfast before going to the airport. I've never seen another hotel with this many buffet offerings, including eggs, bacon lunchmeats, many breads and sweets, coffees, juices, yogurt, cereal and fruits. Our room was large and clean with a great shower, and the hotel lobby was nice. Staff were very informative and friendly, and let us check in early.

This was my second time that I visited the Star Hotel near the airport and it was even better than the first time. Great staff who are kind and helpful. Clean and comfortable room and great food for breakfast and I tried the dinner too this time and that was nice.

Bar staff could have been a little better at noticing that you were waiting to be served and once you had finished asking you if you wanted another drink. As there were two and they weren’t busy I was just wondering why I hadn’t been noticed and had to get their attention.

The quick check in and welcoming smiles. Your breakfast was the best I've had whilst travelling around the whole. Everything was fresh, flavorsome and perfect. The hot milk with the coffee, just amazing. Who would of thought that hot milk was the solution to avoiding lukewarm coffee. The room was very clean, smelt clean and no dust. The bed mattress was perfect.

The doors slamming through the early hours. I had a perfect sleep until the doors started slamming while individuals left their rooms and the housekeeper going in and out of the rooms without a thought for the other guests. Soft Close door could be a solution. Biscuit with coffee/tea tray in room.

This is a hotel that is close to the airport and has parking and a shuttle to the airport and a restaurant. That was what was important for us because we had different flights as a family to different destinations - a flight very early in the morning and then some flights at noon so we wanted a hotel that we could leave at different times without needing a car and a hotel that was close to a rental car drop-off, etc. This hotel fulfilled all of our needs and also as a bonus there was breakfast from 2am to 11am so early flights could have breakfast as well. Check-in and check-out were super fast!

The bathrooms in this hotel are not convenient - there is only a glass door and a curtain and they are right next to the bed so it was very very inconvenient to use. The glass door on the bathroom and the shower are just not my thing.

Very close to the airport and a shuttle bus was provided- queue at the hotel just across the road. The hotel was set up for travellers with very early to very late flight times. There was even a couple of vending machine. Staff were all young, very able and helpful.

We weren’t keen on the bathroom with glass panel doors inside the bedroom, but there’s a sizeable grey curtain beside the wash stand which can be drawn for privacy. There was no milk left for tea or coffee in the room, but just ask for it.

It was nice to have the shuttle service for the airport and the driver was very professional and pleasant.We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the time frame it was served for.We were only there for 1 day and asked Joanna at the front desk if there was a taxi that could take us around town.She immediately contacted a company and arranged a car and the driver Nelson to pick us up 1 hour after our arrival and we had and amazing day touring Lisbon.She also arranged a late check out for us the next day which we truly appreciated.

Some people may find the rooms small but for a 1 night stay we were comfortable and very well taken care of.

Close to airport although the walk is uphill and if raining and windy like it was, you would be soaked by the time you arrive, so we took a taxi the short way. We walked it without luggage and it was about 5-6 min. With luggage and bad weather I would say more. Very nice staff and very nice they have breakfast at 2 am as we skipped dinner the night before. It was appreciated. Slept poorly though as the pillows were so hard and full of lumps that it made me have a headache. Only slept 4 hours maybe before our 2 am wake up. We stayed as we didn’t want to deal with finding a bolt at 2 am in Lisbon.

Pillows need replaced with better pillows that don’t have multiple lumps in them.

Great location for catching a flight from Lisbon. Parking available, I paid one euro to park and unload my rental car before returning the car. The room was very comfortable with free water, a sample bottle of Port and a nicely stocked mini fridge. The free welcome cookies were cute but not very good, really not necessary. Breakfast was excellent and available for the earliest of travelers. And free shuttle to the airport. Just wish I had had more time to enjoy the amenities.

I arrived on one flight at midnight and was flying out the next morning. This hotel is right next to the airport. It clearly has thought out what travelers need at an airport hotel. Although I arrived at midnight, they would send a shuttle. There was a cafe with light food until 2 am, at which time the quick, limited breakfast began. The 2 complimentary bottles of water were also appreciated. This hotel is perfect if you are arriving late or leaving early. The free shuttle was appreciated, though it is an 8 minute walk from the terminal. The room was good-sized and clean.

Although I recycle as much as possible, there was no trash bin for non-recyclables in the room. There was just the tiny bin in the bathroom. This is a very minor point. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I was impressed from the outset by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at check in. Nothing was too much effort and a late check out was arranged without any hassle. The room was well equipped and ideal for a night stop. The evening and breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice and was reasonably priced for an international airport venue. Would definitely use this hotel again

Arriving in the dark it is very difficult to walk to the hotel unless you know the way. Although you can see the hotel from the terminal and it is a short walk, there are no signs to show you the walkways or where to cross very busy roads. Once seen in daylight, it is only a 5 min walk. I now know that the hotel does run a shuttle but I believe it needs to be prebooked.
