Paradise Maamoura Hotel is a very goo, comfortable and cozy hotel 🥰 My children and I stayed for 12 days. Every day was a new experience at the pool or at the beach. I would like to thank Heba and Aya for their care in cleaning the room perfectly and decorating it with flowers. I would like to thank Muhammad , Hamada , Islam, Abd alrahman, Hassan, Saber and Salim for their care for us on the beach. I would like to thank Mustafa for his care and preparing our sitting place every day at the swimming pool. I would like to thank Moamen for preparing our breakfast every day and delivering it to the room. And all the team at the hotel took good care of us. The hotel is very suitable for families and safe for children.🌊🇪🇬🥰👏🏻🙏🏻We are going to miss you all guys, and we are looking forward to see you soon again 🙏🏻🥰

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had rooms with a sea view. The breakfasts were great with a wide selection. Similarly, the restaurant served very tasty and high-quality food.

The hotel did not have a good location. Everything from the hotel was incredibly far away (40 minutes by car). Additionally, to enter the area where the hotel was located, we had to pay 30 EGP. The hotel staff did not have a very high level of English, so in many instances, they did not understand exactly what we were asking for. In the restaurant, they tried to scam us out of money, where we were supposed to pay a larger sum than was actually due. After pointing out this fact, the hotel restaurant acknowledged the mistake and refunded us part of the money from the paid bill. I admit that during our stay in Egypt, we encountered situations everywhere where everyone tried to scam us out of money. However, I was surprised that it happened even in such prestigious hotels like this.

The furniture was outdated TV remote controls were broken The hot water in the tab takes long time to get warm The hotel inside a private community and you have to pay tickets to get inside for the check in, but later the hotel grants free pass cards to get in and out

This looks like a 5 star resort and we got ourselves a beach banglow, which is conveniently located on the Mammoura beach. The banglow is right infront of the beach and you could hear the roaring of the sea all day and night long. The breakfast was great to say the least which featured Egyptian traditional options, as well as continental and western dishes. The best breakfast we had during our stay in egypt. Must stay in Alexandria. You would not find anything better.

The services are good but could be more timely as probably we had to make the same request twice to get it done. But that shouldn’t take away the really helpful and well behaved nature of the staff. They were very caring.

We are very grateful for every single day spent in your hotel. The service was quite good (clean rooms with many conveniences; tasty and well-balanced breakfasts; a swimming pool that makes a nice contrast to salty sea water), and the placement of the hotel was perfect: a beautiful beach with warm fine-grained sand and clean water of the Mediterranean. Lots of fun there. We thank you so much and really hope to return to your Paradise Inn someday.

The hotel is perfect

Beautiful hotel. Super location. Excellent value for money. Food and the service is excellent. The new indoor pool is a great addition, especially in the winter months and the outdoor pool and beach club are so lovely to relax at and enjoy the lovely views. I stayed in a poolside room which had modern, new decor and was immaculately clean. The staff at this hotel are amazing! 5 ⭐️ service from all the staff in this hotel. They are friendly, very professional and attentive. Smart and efficient. Everything I asked for was provided promptly and nothing was a bother. I would highly recommend staying at Paradise Inn Beach Resort in Alexandria and I hope to return again soon. Thank you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The private beach, very clean and well maintained public spaces and very friendly and helpful staff. The entrance lobby is charmingly grand in an old world kinda way. The rooms are spacious with plenty of space to keep stuff. The pools (indoor and outdoor) are clean and well maintained. Plenty of places to lounge around - by the pool, indoor dining space, garden dining, beachside dining, on the beach lounge chairs and bean bags, etc. 😊

Very, very poor WiFi connection. They really need to work on that! And some of the rooms may need some upgrades. E.g. the hand shower 🚿 in my room had a leak and so lot of water was wasted in trying to get a shower. The drain plug in the bath tub wouldn’t close all the way through and so lot of water again gets wasted if one decides to have a bath. The door locks are the old ones, with a lock and key. One has to lock the door from inside, otherwise it can be opened easily from the outside. And then once, I locked it from inside and it got stuck and just wouldn’t open the next morning, so I had to call for help.

The resort was in a beautiful location on the coast with a breakfast room right on the beach. The breakfast was great with a very nice buffet on offer. The staff in the breakfast room and on duty on the beach for food service were very helpful especially Mo’men and Shyma’a who weee friendly and looked after us very well The room which faced out to the outdoor pool was very comfortable and again due to lovely staff especially Banda and Hanan, were kept very clean. They too were friendly and made us feel welcome The gym was small but well equipped and the indoor pool was also lovely

There were very few things we would say we didn’t like. Perhaps the indoor pool and gym could open a little earlier and also maybe there could be a bigger range of vegetarian food on the menu in the restaurant

The rooms were big and clean. The staff were super nice. The pool area including the heated pool were great. The quality of the restaurant was exceptional.

They don’t have baby high chairs which is basic and essential for any family with little ones below 2 years old. Although the breakfast was intentionally done on the beach side to make scenic, but it is disturbed by small fruit flies in the beach area. It’s not their fault of course but they could help to deter them using some ideas such as big powerful fans. There were small ones and ceiling ones that were not effective.

+ The location is the best in Alexandria and Maamoura Beach. + The beach and pool are very family-friendly. + The staff are very decent and polite in a friendly way. + There is a dedicated parking area for hotel guests. + Breakfast is served at the beach restaurant with a limited but acceptable variety. + The suite size is huge, and the Jacuzzi in the room is amazing.

- The price is on the higher side. - The hotel needs maintenance, and some rooms have a smell. - On the second day, the pool was being cleaned all morning, so we could not use it. - We had an issue with the kids' booking, so we had to pay extra charges.
