Delighted with the service which is always warm and friendly and the quality of the rooms far exceeds any of the other hotels I have stayed in this close to the center of Llandudno.

The breakfast was too small for my liking. Very well cooked and excellent service, however the portion size was far too small. I would like the option of ordering more, or have bigger portions available. The portion size would be fine for many of the hotels guests, but 1 sausage, one bacon, one black pudding etc is not enough for me. This is my only criticism and does not put me off staying again.

the staff where brilliant from the time we checked in to the time we left nothing was to much trouble they took our bags to our room . the room was lovely with a nice comfy bed and a sofa there was plenty of storage space the bathroom was a nice size with a shower over the bath , the breakfast was continental also afresh cooked full English they came to your table with tea or Coffee and asked what you would like cooked for breakfast the location is Ideal right in the middle of town only a short walk from the sea front and station and a 10 minuet walk from the snooker venue . this is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and cannot wait to go back and stay again plus meet all the lovely people at the hotel

all the stairs to climb to get to our room but this is only a minor thing and did not stop us enjoying our stay at this lovely hotel

The room was a really good size ..bright and exceptionally clean....the young lady on the desk was very helpful and polite...carried my case up to the room for me which I ve never had in other hotels I've stayed in..really good sized shower with both rainfall and hand held outlets..plenty of hot water and good pressure

Only a few things..the TV reception was very weak and only a few of the channels worked...a bedside table would have been good and there is no plug socket near the bed...but having said that there were usb sockets on the far wall to plug my chargers straight into

Didn't have the breakfast. The location for all facilities was fantastic, a lot closer to the railway station than I'd thought. Right on the high street and a stones throw from the sea front.

I would have liked to see mattress and pillow protectors otherwise the linen and towels were lovely.

The room was good for the price, it was freshly painted and the beds were clean, and had a decent night sleep. Staff were really friendly and helped us at request. The location is great, as it's right next to the town. Doesn't mention on the profile, but the hotel does provide a lift for guests.

Obviously, being a listed building, the windows can't be touched, but you can hear everything. Thicker curtains would help this out, as the curtains barely keep any heat in either. The radiator had no pressure, so it didn't keep the room warm, but staff did provide a small radiator to warm the room up. Bathroom facilities needed updating, bath had stains in it and was chipped, the toilet wasn't secured and the floor tiles were cracked.

The staff were very helpful. My shower was too hot and I couldn't turn it down and the manager sorted it immediately. Breakfast was good because the hot food was brought to the table on order, rather than buffet style, so it was hot and not lukewarm. The chef was on his own one morning and had to take breakfast and beverage orders as well as cook and serve. He did really well. My room was spacious and very clean. The shower room was spotless.

There was no restaurant, which I wasn't aware of. I was travelling alone and this was a concern as there were very few places to eat nearby. I didn't spend much time in the room during the day, and if I wanted to watch TV in the evening there was little choice of stations.

Staff accommodated our late check in without any trouble, gave great advice regarding transfer from station. On the whole they're very friendly people and guests seemed to have a nice rapport with many dogs greeting you on the landing. Breakfast wasn't included in the booking but at £12 it was a generous offering which we added on with fabulous cooked options. Location was superb. A little faded from its heyday but clean and tidy.

Windows were not double glazed and there was a cold wind blowing in through the sash. Bright light outside room shone through the bottom of the door so the room wasn't actually dark. Unexpected step down from room into bathroom was a bit of a surprise in the night...

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. 3 minutes walk from the train station. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Overall very clean with clean white towels and bedding. Although quite central it was quiet with no traffic noise. Staff helpful and polite

Although the room was very clean in general, the bathroom could do with some TLC. Grouting near the shower end of the bath and the bottom of the shower screen could do with a deep clean or replacing. The window on the outside doesn't appear to have been cleaned for a while. Despite this I would stay again

The lady who greated us when we arrived was exceptional she was there throughout our stay and worked tirelessly the entire time with a smile always. Everyone was so polite. The breakfast is something else we all really enjoyed it. The rooms however dated are really spacious and we feel you really do get value for your money staying here. As some rooms we have stayed in previously are very small. We all slepted really well.

I wouldnt say there was anything we didn't like. However the hotel could do with updating. We appreciate the old building though and it was a comfortable stay.

Lovely staff, convenient location, dog friendly, clean and tidy, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Lovely bar area although, we didn't go in there. Accommodating when it comes to late night access into the hotel, although, they had no extra front door keys for us, we got home at a reasonable time, so wasn't an issue. Would happily stay again.

Wasn't a wardrobe, just a piece of wood with some hangers right near the door which would've been a hazard. Lights near bed didn't work and one was coming off the wall. Shower Wasn't very powerful, didn't really work very well but did the job.
